Kevin-
I noticed your post today about doing a recon in preparation for Saturday's search. I thought you were having some kind of cardiac episode? Or were you lying about that? But what a silly question. Of course you were.
On a bigger note, apparently your disability allows you to roam about on steep hillsides that require a walking stick? You know, if someone from some private entity tried that, a detective from the insurance company would be dispatched straight away with a camera and telephoto lens to document the scam prior to your disability termination hearing.
You, however, are on the government dole, and I suspect that you are getting an SSDI check for some trendy scam disability like Social Anxiety Disorder or Coulrophobia. And we all know that the feds would never, ever check on the veracity of a claim from a crazy felon. You're in a protected class.
All you have to do is go online and report. Just tell them about his involvement in the searching.

If he can run for Mayor.

If he can run for councilor.

If he can participate in a search.

He is good to go for getting a job.

Lighten up Cheryl. Lynch always starts these threads about himself and then when people responds to his BS he starts threatening you and your family. He calls it 'baiting you'. Somehow in his simple mind he believes he can print comments from an anonymous forum and send 1000 copies to the FBI and someone will take him serious.

If someone would get us some pictures or a video of Mr. Lynch out climbing a hillside and post on you-tube and let us know, we know the right people to get it to. This person will look into Lynch from the SSDI. They have charged people with fraud before or at least pulled their SSDI. Please keep us posted on Mr. Lynch

I have a feeling he had a "AH HAH" moment and realized that with himself participating in the search that means he will lose his SSDI.

So all of the sudden his health is deteriorating?....hmmmmmmmmm.

So this is his excuse not to participate in the next search to protect his SSDI.

Actually the welfare department should be at the location and reviewing the people searching. They could find some fraudulent welfare recipients too.

If they can search they can also get a job.

Well when the unemployed looking for a job in their field have now lost their benefits and the welfare recipients still keep theirs you know there will be some changes coming.

You know when they have now started taking away the Veterans Compensation and benefits and the welfare recipients are able to keep theirs there will be alot of protesting.

People who have worked their entire lives and lost their jobs, people who have fought for and protected our country should be able to retain their benefit since the paid for the welfare recipients all along.

It still will take some time, but even the high ranked politicians now know welfare is the downfall of our country and changes will have to be made.

Good points,'sider, but I don't think it will happen this way. Leeches on the public mammary, like the aforesaid Binocular Boy, will always be taken care of. Remember the old jokes about how both Twinkies and cockroaches would survive a worldwide nuclear holocaust? It's the same thing with people like Lynch. They will say that most honest work is either beneath them or that their phony disabilities prevent them from sitting in front of a PC screen for more than 15 minutes. Yet these disabilities do not prevent them from disgorging a steady stream of lies and vitriol against public officials from their PCs at home. Or charging at a cop screaming "You cops are all done! I'm going to get you all!"

There are thousands of veterans collecting food stamps. There are tens of thousands of unemployed collecting food stamps.

There are people who worked for decades and now have been collecting food stamps for 10 years. You are out of touch with the reality.

Do you have any concept of how the economy works? You republicans make me laugh. Welfare benefits and food stamps helps the economy! You do understand this don't you? It is government spending that is 100% exclusively spent inside our economy!

Do you really think that we can just stop food stamps and welfare? Then what? Serious? Then what?

I know many people who worked in local factories for 50 hrs a week on average and now have been collecting food stamps for the past ten yrs. Do you really think people would rather collect foodstamps than to work?

There are NO jobs! tens of thousands of local jobs GONE! You have been able to survive because your job has been secure.

You do know that there has been a serious recession for the past ten yrs, right? Some haven't as they have continued to work.

Take the average out of work guy; do you think that they wouldn't want a city job? A state job? So you think they would rather stay home and collect? If you know people like that then you know some deadbeats which make up maybe 10% of welfare recipients.

How about this! Take away the $125 a month food stamps and $700 a month SSI which is $825. Take the benefits away but give them 80 hrs a month as a firefighter. This will include training or 80 hrs a month as a maintenance worker for our schools or 80 hrs a week doing road work for better streets.

Now on the flip side the city wouldn't need to pay pensions due to employees being part time.

Hey, your hero Reagan did it when he fired the airline workers union.

Perhaps you are right. Then again it may be that the police have figured out that the drug dealers are using this as a distraction. My fear is when Lynch reads there will be off duty cops there he might go into a psycho rage, attack the people, get punched out and arrested and then waste the courts time again with false allegations.

And, despite your fantasies, no one is going to hire you as a fireman. The risk of you attacking your company officer or a civilian is way too great.

Lets stop illegal workers, lets stop the outsourcing that you benefit off through dividends. We need true leaders. Why worry about the rich? They have sat on over 4 trillion while America was forced to borrow from the Chinese.

Lets look into western union and bank of America withdrawals to other countries?

You Republicans are opportunist and greedy. The Romneys would be bitching that they went from earning 40 Million easy dollars to 2 Million in earnings on investments(still no work involved).

We had predatory lenders as we had the Romneys preying like hyenas on hard working Americans. They do not think twice to lay off 100 American workers and replace them with 80 Brazilians. But they double their millions.

This isn't the "American way"! They are vulture capitalist something which you have absolutely no comprehension of. You demand "Capitalism" so that the Romneys can enact their "vulture capitalist" methods.

MAYORAL HOPEFUL ARRESTED IN FIGHT
Assault on police sergeant alleged

By Paula J. Owen TELEGRAM & GAZETTE STAFF

FITCHBURG — Mayoral candidate Kevin A. Lynch was being held until his dangerousness hearing in Fitchburg District Court today after he was arrested Saturday night for allegedly assaulting an off-duty Fitchburg police officer and a firefighter.

Mr. Lynch, 41, of 48 Cedar St., Unit 2, is charged with threatening to commit a crime — murder; assault and battery on a police officer; assault and battery on ambulance personnel; and disorderly conduct.

His friend, David L. Gonzalez, 41, of 53 Forest St., is charged with assault and battery on a police officer for trying to stop police from arresting Mr. Lynch, according to court records.

Sgt. Kerry C. Siomos alleges in his report that Mr. Lynch assaulted him about 8:45 p.m. at a car show outside of JR’s Pub on North Street, across the street from the fire station.

Sgt. Siomos said he walked outside to move his car about 20 minutes after he arrived at JR’s when Mr. Lynch and Mr. Gonzalez started yelling at him aggressively from the area of a car parked on North Street. He said he immediately recognized Mr. Lynch,“a man that has been stalking this officer for a long time who I consider very dangerous given my knowledge of his criminal past.”

Sgt. Siomos said Mr. Lynch continued screaming at him and said,“You cops are all done. I’m going to get all of you.”

The officer approached Mr. Lynch as he continued to yell and flail his arms, his report says, and then Mr. Lynch “got right in my face.” Sgt. Siomos said Mr. Lynch had a deranged look on his face and threatened to kill Sgt. Siomos and his family.“I then told him to step back at which point he started to tense up and push his chest into me, so in fear for my safety I pushed (Mr. Lynch) off with a forearm strike,” according to the report.

When Mr. Lynch then took a “fighting boxer’s stance” toward the sergeant, Sgt. Siomos told him he was under arrest.

“(Mr. Lynch) continued to assault this officer, at which time I punched subject, taking him to the ground,” Sgt. Siomos’ report said.

Sgt. Siomos said he told Mr. Lynch to stay on the ground, but when he got up and went after Sgt. Siomos again, Firefighter P.J. Roy, who had been on call as an emergency medical technician at the fire station, put his arms around him to restrain him. Mr. Lynch then began striking him with his elbows to get away, according to police reports.

“I am very alarmed and it should be noted that both subjects have been recently observed outside watching my house, with my young daughter, elderly mother and fiancée at home,” Sgt. Siomos’ report said.

Mr. Lynch’s cellphone allegedly contained several close-up photos of Sgt. Siomos’ family car registration and was confiscated.

Mr Lynch told a reporter he had been convicted of “a few assault and battery on police officer cases over a span of 20 years” when he lived in Boston.

Kevvvyyy, when was the last time you held an actual wage paying job where you paid taxes into the system?? And as far as outsourcing goes, you can thank your former "corrupt" president wild Bill Clinton for that.
