Under a proposed bylaw, the Police Department might soon be fingerprinting and doing background checks on people applying for licenses to sell door-to-door or to sell used goods.

Yeah I know.How about the words law suit??Finger printing salesman and woman??You small towns are out of control. Definitely a violation of Constitutional rights.If you allow this to happen what's next?
