Lynch for Mayor

Fitchburg, MA

#1 May 21, 2013
At this point I announce that I am entering the race for Mayor of Fitchburg. I will conduct a thorough campaign which will focus on many events where I will be available to citizens concerns throughout Fitchburg.

I am running as an independent voice in representation of the great citizens of Fitchburg. At present I support Gabriel Gomez for the open Senator Seat in Massachusetts.

I am including a short letter that I have sent to local news papers. I will be adding to these stances as I have many that I want to express.

I am forwarding you an email that I sent to Mayor Wong. The parking continues to be allowed at the FFD.--------- are filling the FFD lot. I have sent the Fire chief complaints a couple times over this issue in 2012 and 2013.

I am also seriously contemplating another run for Mayor of Fitchburg. I am ready to make a stand on the many issues within Fitchburg that the 'Good ole boy network' has a strangle hold over concerning progress for a better and safer Fitchburg community. I stress the word "community" as the community within Fitchburg is being ignored, shortchanged and being disregarded.

I understand that I received just 77 votes the last time. I did not knock on not one door, I didn't send out any fliers as the citizens of Fitchburg were not familiar with who I am. The other two candidates had a very strong base and they campaigned heavily. I can place some blame on the fact that I was faced with major corruption from the city employees, courts and other "good ole boy" connected institutions. From receiving threats, from my nephew being driven off the road, my brother harassed over his FSU cell phone and then ultimately through the dismissal of my brother's position at FSU.

This campaign will address all these situations. Since I have knocked on thousands of doors in Fitchburg during two separate campaigns for ---------- and ---------- I have made many phone calls. I believe that I can now mount a campaign even amongst such corruption that I faced the last time around.

Fitchburg is worth the effort. There are many issues that are not being addressed and I plan on addressing them. One issue is the lack of attention given to senior citizens within Fitchburg. They have been ignored except for when politicians want to take photo ops. I have proposed for our elder citizens to receive tax credits through discounts. Also I propose for elder citizens not to have to pay water and sewer rate increases and for this exemption to be retroactive to the last massive increase in rates.

I also propose for more civic events to take place in order to build a sense of community. I want to see more mentor programs from the police and fire to include hands on community involvement.

I propose for more police detectives and more foot/bicycle patrols to be made and not just on Main street. With shootings on Cedar street and more recently on Marshall street I feel that patrols in these areas is needed. We have an increase in gang and drug sale activity throughout Fitchburg. Alcohol abuse has risen as well as prescription drug use, bath salts and synthetic marijuana that needs to be addressed. We have seen a massive increase in domestic assaults that needs to be addressed. We need more community meetings and we need better results from these meetings.

I challenge the current Mayor and the city councilors to create a fitness walk throughout Fitchburg on a regular basis that includes these leaders. They need to get out on walks in order to actually see Fitchburg.

I am in the process of articulating all my positions. I will send you a copy of these positions soon. Thank you for your time.

Respectfully, kevin Lynch

Lynch, how are you going to explain to voters all the lies you've posted on here over the years?

How are you going to explain all the anger and crazy posts you've made?

Do you honestly think this stuff is just going to go away and know one is going to call you out on this stuff?

How will this effect your employment with the FBI?

Hey Lynch. The word on the street this afternoon is that a few bookies are taking odds on when you'll get into an altercation with a prospective voter and wind up in the hoosegow for a few days. Just curious, but does your probation officer have to sign off on your campaign?

Candidate Lynch,
Why did you serve time in prison? How many times have you been arrested? When was the last time you were arrested? What were the charges? Who is Andrew McDonough?
The voters want to know. They have a right to know.

Lynch, you are my kind of candidate.

I'll see if I can raise some cash for your campaign from all my good buds in the gay bars in Ptown and Ogunquit and NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association). As you know, NAMBLA leadership hopes to open a chapter in Fitchburg and we know our chances for doing so improve with you as Mayor and Gomez sharpening your pencil, so to speak.
Me too

I will help too. I will photoshop a picture of you running on a beach with David Hasselhoff for a flyer. That should put some lead in your pencil.

That was the most difficult thing I've ever read, you have to get somebody to write and speak for you if you want any chance at all. Please don't attempt to write anything yourself....

Hey Lynch--

Three questions for you:

1. What is your position on having the FPD purchase a couple of surplus drones armed with air-to-ground missiles and night vision cameras?

Target practice on all the illegally parked cars and that infamous blue light.

2. Do you support the idea of purchasing and providing an Executive Mansion for the Mayor free of charge?

3.Should a brand new City Hall be built and where in Fitchburg would you build it if you become Mayor?

Hello Gino,

Your position on drones is worth looking at. I feel that there could be a discussion on the legality of such drones just for the surveillance portion. Flying a surveillance drone over Marshall and Cedar street may reveal hrs of drug and gang activity.
No need for a mansion.
Of course a new city hall should be built or an available property to move into. The location should be discussed. For example if there is not going to be a connector built then maybe we need to relocate the city center closer to rt 2. Or maybe it should remain where they are doing business now.

Stamos, one word. "CONTEXT".

You need to post all the previous threats made toward Lynch and then examine his responses in that context. I have done so and it is obvious that he is speaking to certain people who had posted on other threads threatening, violating civil rights of everyone from latino residents, gays, African Americans and anyone and everyone they personally deem "undesirable' in their screwed up thinking.

Lynch, you do understand the question don't you?

AND YOU ARE?

If you just showed up at a board meeting at Microsoft and started telling them what they need to do and change, the first thing they will ask you is "AND YOU ARE?"

You see it's the same for running for Mayor and stating your ideas.

Yes, the Mayor's position is an elective position but don't insult the people. The residents are smarter than to just elect an "Average Joe" based on his radical ideas. Everyone has ideas and opinions but what is it that SETS YOU APART from every other resident? What makes you QUALIFIED for the position?

Being elected Mayor has nothing to do with your beliefs, opinions and ideas. Every resident has their own set of those! The Mayor is in charge of a $100 million dollar budget. If the Mayor cannot balance the budget they can be held liable. You do know that payroll, accounting and the city solicitor are NOT allowed to advise the Mayor on which actions the Mayor should make. They only give the Mayor the facts and figures.

Do you or have you been:

1.) Business owner, head of a business? CEO, CFO of a large organization or company?

2.) In charge of a multi-million dollar account or budget?

3.) Was a leader of a formal government team? Served on committees?

4.) Have an undergraduate, graduate or duel degrees in political science, law, accounting, etc.?

5.) Served in the military? Awards? Recognitions?

6.) Volunteering? Little league coach?

7.) Able to pass Homeland Security background checks? Able to legally oversee a Law Enforcement Agency?

8.) Had extensive formal training to deal with unions?

9.) Had extensive "Grant" writing training?

These are just some of the questions that need to be answered for a desirable Mayor who is qualified for the position. Anyone can run for Mayor but that does mean they can be elected. Running for Mayor should not be an outlet to your voice your opinions and ideas WITHOUT having strong extensive education and work experience for credibility.

I don't want to hear your "I am of the people for the people" slogan. That has been utilized extensively in political speeches throughout history. Pretend you are in a job interview and you are telling me your past employment and educational experience .

Lynch, when it comes to temperament or character, how are you going to explain this to the voters?

Beat the cop-
"Why don't the COWARDS fight the guy hand to hand?? Cops are too forward with aggression because they have the power to put another man in a cage! This fact becomes a perversion to some cops!

The badge is becoming a free pass to commit many crimes.

If a cop strikes a man with a club on the head for no reason then I STATE VERY CLEARLY THAT THE CITIZEN SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DEFEND ONESELF WITH DEADLY FORCE!!!!

I have seen hundreds of cops assault people with weapons for no reason at all! A lot of cops go over to Iraq so they can legally shoot people! Do you see this as a problem????"

Beat the cop-
"If a cop puts his hand on me with a weapon for no reason, I will defend myself against his furthering his assault on me by snapping his neck!!

Why do you feel that it is ok for cops to beat people for no reason? Why do you feel that a cop that handcuffs then beats a citizen with a weapon while their hands are tied shouldn't go to prison for years like any other citizen would??

You are obviously a puke cop or a relative of a puke cop!!!"

I'll put this in context but I still can't see how you could possibly think you can justify this anger when running for Mayor? But here it is anyway.

Here's another one too, after someone asked you a couple very simple questions.

FPD officers displayed-

"Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer
Assault and battery of police officer

I particulary enjoyed the ones where I grabbed them by the shirt and tossed them across the room, clearing off desk. And then there were a couple that I just flung in the air. One particular one that I enjoyed was being cuffed as a fat cop hit me 30 times with a night stick in the same spot. Now that POS should of recieved 20 years not 15 but I almost got revenge but they brought him out the back!LMAO"

Now did some fat cop actually get 15 years in prison for hitting you 30 times with a night stick in the same spot, or was that just a lie?
Voters have a right to know if you're capable of controlling your anger and being honest.

Again, in context.
