Just letting you guys know, its not actual ammunition. It's just a belt. Purely aesthetic, empty casings. http://studsandspikes.com/buy/bullet-belts-c-...

Probably not the smartest fashion accessory in light of recent events.

It sounds like this kid is a brat and has been for a long time. His parents probably never gave him enough attention or maybe soiled him too much.

We're still awaitign your response to the civil rights objection you raised. Obviously you've put some serious and sincere thought into this, let's hear your reasoned explanation as to what civil rights were violated.

Lets flip this over. If the kid walked into the school with an unloaded rifle strapped over his shoulder and no ammo would that be ok?

This was a cosmetic belt as this student should be out before Xmas. Antonucci is abusing his authority again.
Everyone understands the initial reaction to the belt but the moment it is realized that it is fake then he should be released.
Now this regime will go into protection mode. I applaud the students standing up for their fellow student, just watch your back as this president abuses his power.
From reports they were wrong for expelling him. But as we know once they are proven wrong they enact their tentacles to reach out from the courts and other avenues.
These people are arrogantly abusing their power. The belt had a buckle. Now they will say that they had to send the belt to the state experts when state police officers could tell you immediately if the bullets were live.

The right to be treated equally and fair. First they found out the knife wasn't his so their decision should have been reversed. They knowingly utilized the belt as an excuse to further their harassment of this student.
This student should be immediately released. Shame on this presidents abuse of power. It is time for Antonucci to go.
As far as I know this apparel wasn't barred from the school. To go to the extent to request a 50,000 cash bail is pure abuse of power. This is fitchburgs network in action.

You are a just a sick little trouble maker. You're the type that would have tried to board a plane the day after 911 dressed as a terrorist and then cry when you get detained about rights being violated. You are one sick individual who is so screwed up you actually believe your stupidity makes sense. Get help, talk to your doctor and tell them your meds aren't working.

Exactly, civil rights does not protect a person from the rules and regulations established by an agency, company or institution. This is where people get confused.

There are rules about dress codes in all establishments. There are rules about proper conduct in all establishments.

If we didn't have rules and regulations and people use civil rights as an excuse to do whatever they wanted to then we could attend college or board a plane wearing just a diaper and smoking a cigarette !

People really need to understand how, when and where the civil rights amendment is utilized. It is not a free pass for a citizen to do, act or behave as they feel they have the right to anywhere in the country.

Just another example that if Lynch does not understand how laws, rules and regulations keep society safe how we he ever be Mayor?

What are you talking about? Are you serious? Just because this kid dosen't have the same look as the other kids you believe that he belongs in jail?? He didn't make any threats!!

You are wrong on this issue as you are on most issues. The facts are the facts! They,Antonucci and the FSU police used the Conneticut shooting. The University is a state University!!! The DA should be held accountable for turning a blind eye to the facts!

This is nothing more than Antonucci abusing his power AGAIN! It is PENN STATE syndrome! State University president with State ties like tenacles of an octupus!

This was obviously a costume belt as we have all seen before that is if you ever been to a shopping mall. This is another case of Fitchburg politics and stuck ups labeling. Let this kid out of jail NOW!!!! Shame on this system of politics!!! The Worcester house is a dungeon where torture techniques are common place! Sadly a few Fitchburg citizens work there and support the torture that takes place as there are daily human right violations at this prison.

Eric Holder needs to come to Fitchburg as I will walk him through this corruption step by step.

Fitchburg is run through the triangle: Antonucci, The Sentinel and Enterprise and Mayor Wong. All three watching each others back with democracy taking a back seat on the bus!

You are wrong! Civil rights always play a role in equal justice! Rules and regulations must abide by all constitutional laws as you are wrong!

Now if you are incarcerated and you sue the parole board the judgments usually state that parole is not a right thus is not protected by due process but at the same time MUST follow the fairness doctrine!!!

Do you understand the word "must" when it is written into law? They have tried the same BS when it comes to the registry of Motor vehicles which I am against as I believe that it is not a privelege but a right to drive once you pass the requirements/safety regs.

In a free society there are no such things as priveleges as that would mean that someone is the holder/grantor of these priveleges. We still live in a democracy as my bumper sticker states "Think, as it isn't illegal YET".

It is funny listening to republicans double talk as they state "we want less government" but then they want you to follow and live the way that they deem to be the only way to live. This would make this kid with the long hair a defendant as is what is happening.

As in Fitchburg, there are laws for the network and then their are laws for the hispanic, black and poor/middle class whites. All regimes follow communism.
