I think that it is plain to see what you and your pals are up to: You are hoping to bait Mr Lynch into posting a response and by doing so being in violation of the terms of his probation. You and your pals know that Mr Lynch has been restricted from commenting on Chuckles The Cop, the Siomos clan and JR's Pub; and you are hoping to badger him into striking back here on this forum.
Just don't give yourselves too much credit for your current antics. Again, you have not upset me and I am far from being "aggresive and hostile". You boobs would love to think that I am, so you can pass me off as being a threat; but it is complete nonsense. Hogwash if you will.
I'll be sure to continue to keep an eye on Fitchburg's lawmen, just to make sure that they are not getting overly lazy; or that they are getting away with anything that they shouldn't be; or, that they are trying once again to convince all of us that each and every one of them is at grave risk at all times; or that they are grossly underpaid; or, that the ol' ruse of "job related stress made me do it" is not used as a free pass for any and all poor behavior. If I happne to see a F-burg lawman acting like a complete jacka$$ out in public (let's use Officer Mike Sevigny as an example); I will be sure to share it with the other Topix Forum Readers.

Long time Fitchburg Police Officer Kerry Siomos Jr has apparently agreed to park like a civilized human being while visiting his family owned bar JR's Pub. Additionally, he has apparently agreed to put a stop to the practice of the illegal parking that was taking place by his friends, family and patrons while they are visiting JR's Pub.
Additionally, it has been reported that Officer Kerry Siomos Jr, who is affectionately known as Chuckles The Cop to the citizens of Fitchburg, has agreed to use some common sense while playing music at his family owned business. Neighbors had previously complained that Chuckles The Cop was frequently blasting loud music outide until 1:00am. And, it has also been reported that Chuckles The Cop has agreed to stop the practice of barricading off North Street.
Additionally, it has been reported that Traffic Officer McNamarra has agreed to enforce Fitchburg's parking laws fairly and equally, and to hold Chuckles The Cop and the Siomos clan accountable for any and all illegal parking that takes place at JR's Pub.
And, it has been reported that Fitchburg's proud Police Chief Demoura will no longer be making believe that he has no knowledge of the endless hijinks and ballyhoo that has been going on over at JR's Pub for the past 6 years.
Apparently, the beating of a man armed with nothing more sinister than a cell phone that he was using to snap picturs of illegally parked vehicles in front of JR's Pub brought much needed focus to what has been a source of aggravation for many neighbors of JR's Pub.
Nice try but the fact remains that your hero took the deal...what happened to all of his spouting about justice will be done...he will clean out the corruption...he will do this and do that.

Your hero is all mouth and no ass behind it.

Chuggles, it's important to remember that the very first parental guidance most children get during their immature years involves ones selection of friends. You certainly remember the old adage "You are known by the friends you keep." It doesn't really mean much to most children at first chuggles because many are just too young and immature to understand its true meaning, but after it's been repeated over and over a period of time to children it usually sets in and leads them away from the undesirable misfits in society and into maturity, along with healthy relationships and friendships.

Now with that being said, I’d like to be the first to take over where your parents obviously gave up on you altogether and accepted your fault. So here goes chuggles, keep repeating after me, you are known by the friends you keep, you are known by the friends you keep, you are known by the friends you keep.........

I was wondering how long you boys could hold out before you brought up the recent shootings. How come you didn't spend as much effort a little over a year ago, when a SWAT Team here in Mass barged into the wrong apartment and shot an innocent elderly man to death? You and your pals never mentioned THAT ONE. But, I have learned to understsnd how the police and their faithful supporters operate: FULLY EXPLOIT ANY AND ALL STORIES INVOLVING DEATH OR EVEN INJURY WHILE ON OFFICER IS ON THE JOB. And, I have to admit you guys are very good at it.

I enjoy asking people who I cross paths with "what job or jobs in the US result in death to the worker the most often?" Time after time people will respond with cop or Firefighter. I take great delight with reminding them that cops and Firefighters do not even make the top 10 list. So, in spite of the recnt shooting deaths that you are referring to; I would be willing to bet money that cops and Firefighters will not be making tha top list for 2012; after all the numbers are in. Again, this is proven year after year.

Gee wizz, three years ago a female state trooper in upstate NY was speeding while texting after leaving a police seminar. She mangaged to crash and kill herself while doing so. Of course, roughly 700 to 800 cops showed up for the funeral and said the typical BS to the TV cameras: "she paid the ultimte sacrifice while serving the public".

Again, I have no doubt that you and your pals will be getting plenty of milage of out of these recent deaths. Just don't forget to include that if proper police protocol had been followed; all would still be alive.

Just an FYI...

Twelve states currently require that all parties consent to the recording. These states are:

California[11]
Connecticut
Florida[12]
Illinois (debated, see next section)
Maryland[13]
Massachusetts
Michigan
Montana [14](requires notification only)
Nevada
New Hampshire

There has been a Federal ruling on this issue which trumps all state law! You just have to tell them that you are recording! If there is nothing to hide then smile your on candid camera!

At a time when unfortunately we have many law enforcement that will lie 100% we need to protect the citizen. At a time when we have civil service protecting unlawful public servants we must allow to have cameras.

I will be registering a letter to all involved parties of my intent. As you know I am a Constitutionalist. I believe in Civil Rights and Constitutional rights as a MUST to follow!

Unfortunately we are beginning to allow our rights to be taken just ask Ron Paul!

I just watched a slap stick comedy where the police Chief/attorney General states to the detective, "you are responsible for hundreds of baboons ruling over our city"; he replies "the voters are responsible for that fact"! LMAO. The movie is hilarious, Naked Gun 2and a half I believe it was! The detective had just released all the animals from the zoo by accident.

Police protocol was followed. So how would you go and serve a warrant?

Hey dumb dumb. Most cops and firefighters die protecting people. In other professions the workers die because of another workers mistake, equipment failure or their own misjudgement and all this because they are NOT protecting innocent lives.

Gee wizz....look who is behaving "aggresive and hostile" now. What's the matter; did I strike a nerve with you?

Again, stay tuned on the rhubarb up in NH. PPP (Proper Police Protocol) wasn't followed. If it was the Chief would still be alive.

And, I'll be staying tuned myself. The public is about to get exposed to three solid weeks of this story; morning, noon and night. The bagpipes will be playing and the TV cameras will be rolling. This story will be fully exploited; in the never ending quest to brainwash the public into thinking that the cops have the most life threatening job in our land. This continual brainwashing helps to explain why the FPD averages 56 paid dsys off per officer per year; plus paid holidays.

Please cite the law that you reference. I'm Certain you're speaking from your bottom.

Also, while you're on the Internet look up the difference between "informing" and "consent". Here's a hint to get you started, just because you tell someone that you're recording them does not mean that they've consented.

Let us know what you discover ding dong.

Sometimes the company you keep is a good cover also!! To you, "wealth" distinguishes how much respect an individual should recieve!
Your logic is twisted! Some officers are also bank robbers, drug dealers, rapists, batterers, killers, kidnappers, drug addicts and drug pushes. Do you feel that it should be allowed for FPD members to shoot steroids?? Should their steroid rage be accepted? Even if it affects judgment??
Should society give officers a pass concerning all these aformentioned crimes? Is it OK for an officer to urinate on another citizen at a sporting event without being held accountable? Where does it stop for you or does it? You know, accountability????
By answering yes, you are actually an anti-police officer! There are many who conduct themselves professionally and abide and stand by their taken oath!!!! By accepting all the bad police you are at the same time downplaying those other officers whom conduct themselves professionally!
You never answer to our direct questions! Do you belive that their are criminal police on the force? Do you believe that they should be allowed to break the law? Are you an ex-police officer? Have you ever broken the law?
So you with your criminal history is stating cops are no good? HAHAHAHAH that's fricken funny!
