My mom lives in the same complex.I know the neighbor who caused all the problems with Sally. She is now causing problems with the new tenant there . The mananger Roger doesnt take care of any problems at the apt. building. Some of you may recall a few months ago a guy named Dan was always drunk and fighting with neighbors, it wasnt until he pulled a knife on someone that Roger evicted him. He needs to look into complaints in Sallys building by all other tenants to relise it is the neighbor who is the problem, not everyone who moves into and out of the upstairs apt.

As long as Mr. Hill is the director of Fitchburg Housing Authority, it will be the last place any decent person considers.

Hill has the attitude that all poor people are trash and deserve to live in a slum. It's no wonder there is so much trouble in the properties he manages. Decent people can't live there for long.

The fact that HUD and MCAD even took this case in the first place is proof that something improper was going on.

It's time to fire this slug and get professional management into Fitchburg Housing Authority.

Sally NEEDED a transfer to another apartment not just for relief if emotional distress but to reduce ms relapses and flairs. They are triggered by stress.(I live here and I knew her) So this was not only about emotional complains but PHYSICAL. By the way the apartment she requested was one no one else wanted! It was open for over 6 months. Sally is so noce she didn't want to take an apartment that was favorable for an elderly person or a person with a more severe disability. She was NEVER the trouble maker. She was always sweet and offering to help people. ALWAYS.

Oh and if the housing didn't know about her disability,
how the hell was she allowed to live there? She wasn't even 50. That place was for over 60 and under wit a disabiltiy. DUUUUH FHS!!!

They should make Robert Hill and Donna White live in the apartment complex's that they manage. They are unqualified in taking care of tenant's needs. The only thing that they worry about is the rent. That's why there is so much crime in their buildings. They are slumlords. The same as rest of the landlords in Fitchburg!!!

Yeah... As property managers they should probably implement the "pay your rent when you feel like it" method. The people will be ever so happy and the crime will drop substantially. All the good folks will be moving in! Hahaha

I Think the issue about management goes very deep,,I, heard the Fitchburg housing has some really bad issues, they have people living there that have roomates not on leases, dogs and cats that are not allowed, i know they have people planting gardens and it actually is a good program for the housing project on Normandy and Leyte rd,,they even have a police headquarters for the project, but there is soooooooooooo much corruption going on there,,,they need to clean it up , there are alot of good people that live there, people seem to think low life and welfare people only live there and thats not the case,,,,Management there needs to crack down and start paying attention to the tennants needs and rights,

Tennants needs and rights? They live there because they NEEDED a place to live on the tax payers dime. They have the RIGHT to leave if they don't like it. There's your needs and rights!

To Taxpayer: duuuh....talk to your state rep. and go lobby at the state house...if you don't like how your taxes are being used. Go walk around the state house in Boston; It's open to the public. Maybe...you can bring up the reps' & Senators salaries, their cars, their tax write offs for dinners, their offices, go ahead...see the reality....go visit the state house in Boston. So, you'd rather pay for their luxeries vs. folks that NEED elderly housing and/or an apartment for a PHYSICALLY disabled person? Oh and "Tennants" is not spelled like that....??
