No elaboration from you on this as of yet. You have yet to articulate which federal law permits this. You also haven't specified what "violation of public safety" is.

This is your MO. You make something up and throw it out there like you know what you're talking about. Which you don't. When you get called on it, your only response is to say things in all caps like "FEDERAL LAW! WHAT PART DON"T YOU UNDERSTAND?" Or just avoid answering, hoping that it will just go away. It won't.

You constantly register new readings on the absurd-o-meter.

Did you read those books when you were in jail for killing Andrew??

Giving some one a upper cut will only break the jaw not his face. Like I said you and your brother had him on the ground and hit him square in the face that's how you broke his face.

Did you not tell me he was a leg breaker?? The golf clubs came from your house, They were holding open the front door and when the fight started out side every one was grabbing one on the way out. So your side of the fight brought the weapons.

How come there were only three of them and about 25 of you on your side and you need the grab golf club we you that scared of the leg breakers as you your self have called them

Remember the time in the car throwing apples at people as we went by

Keen powers of observation. You are absolutely correct. But when Lynch does it, he can't just try to divert attention from his previous stupid comments by switching to something vanilla. So instead of saying "Hey, how 'bout them (sic) Sox?" like any normal person would do, he comes out with something equally stupid, ill informed and inflammatory. Like "I seen (sic) FPD members on the Zapruder tapes. The Good Old Boy Network was there in Dallas! "WHAT PART DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND." And thus the cycle starts anew. Until the next insane comment.

"Violation of public safety" indeed.

Along with major corruption the Mayor has an absolute right to null and void the Union contract as a matter of public safety interests.

The Union sign is also in violation of public safety
* Which federal law?
* "absolute to null and void the contract as a matter of public safety interests"? Tell us which law gives the mayor that right? Chapter and verse, please!
* "in violation of public safety interests"? Where is this codified in state or federal statute?

You are a complete idiot and a clueless bomb tosser. You can't back any of this up because it doesn't exist except in that insane, delusional and chaotic squash of yours.

Kaddie doesn't want to be Mayor. He is retired with a pension that is more than the Mayor's salary.

Why take a cut in pay and have to work until 65?

Kevin, you said that the police union sign "is in violation of public safety." Did you have a specific statute or ordinance in mind? Did you think that if you were mayor (a scenario that, happily, will never happen) you could just rule by decree and make up stuff as you went along? Or were you visited by spirits in the middle of the night? What exactly does "in violation of public safety" mean and how does it fit with the First Amendment?

You also maintain that the Mayor "could have eliminated/made null and void the FPD contract under Federal law." How's that again? Which federal law are you referring to? Or did you dream this as well?

And you said "Along with major corruption the Mayor has an absolute right to null and void the Union contract as a matter of public safety interests."

Huh? Are you talking about the "corruption" that you have alleged for years in your personal vendetta against the police? The one where you have alleged much but have proven nothing? And I'm guessing that "A matter of public safety interests" is some other statute that your addled brain is sure exists somewhere but you can't put your finger on it? Like your "evidence" of corruption?

You can't answer. Because you made all of this up and you can't distinguish between fantasy and reality. Just like everything else that comes out of your confused mind.

If this council doesn't change concerning its make up then we will be talking about the same issues again. I ran in 2011 and the issues were the same. It is time to manage!!!!

The funny part is Lynch does not post on these boards anymore and there are posters that still post about him. I am sure he reads all the posts on Topix everyday though. He has to, it is an addiction.

When DiNatale gets elected we all know he will jump on the DiNatale band wagon and state he always supported his ideas.

But as for Lynch on Topix it looks like it is all over. Comments concerning Lynch should be directed to Facebook where he does his posting.

As for harassment I recently talked to an attorney and also a judge. Once a poster posts their comments especially negative ones towards other individuals and groups they have opened themselves up for comments from other posters that can also be negative.

Once an individual seeks an elective office they have also opened themselves up to negative scrutiny and they are not covered by any harassment laws. This is why there are negative ad campaigns on television in the higher election races.

Personal harassment must be established at or in a person’s space. Such as on their own property, phone number, Facebook page and so on. If someone approached a person face to face in public then it can be harassment as long it was not at an organized event such as a debate where the purpose of the debate has already been known and established to challenge all participants. They would already know the agenda ahead of time.

Harrassment does not cover open areas of media or public assembly such as people talking in booths at coffee shops or open anonymous threading sites.

As for FREE SPEECH. Lynch unfortunately violated that. He needs to read the law regarding free speech. When he started posting about the GOBN he violated the law unless he has solid proof that can be upheld in court. He was libel against the police, city officials, fay club, public safety and so on when he made those statements. Unless he can prove they are TRUE then they will always be considered FALSE STATEMENTS.
He is in violation of the constitution.

Here is the Federal Law :

Certain kinds of speech have not been given constitutional protection. For example, states may allow damage suits against persons who have made slanderous or libelous statements. Slander consists of orally making and libel consists of publishing false statements that are damaging to the reputation of another. Another example of unprotected speech is incitement to illegal action. Someone who stands before a crowd and encourages them to start a riot would not receive First Amendment protection.

I agree GoatFarmer,
I realize Lynch has violated many laws concerning "Free Speech" , and have made very derogatory and slanderous statements toward Law Enforcement, city officials , the Fay Club and so on and so on, but is'nt Kevin somewhat granted immunity due the inSanity Defense?
I think we all agree and concur Lynch is " BatShit Crazy", therefor he should be " exused from his actions"?
