You are wrong about the City council and I am sure that you just created some push back by that statement which is good.
The City Council is needed for Fitchburg, the more proactive a council gets the better for Fitchburg. Unfortunately all but two are quiet as church mice. Then there are a few that are so liberal that they should be working in social programs not in the city council.
Most are good people but we need councilors that are proactive. There are four of them who love Fitchburg so much that they want to hug all day. This is Okay but we do not need city comforters in City council as we need workers.

Here you go again, Kevin. You are smearing police officers without any regard for the truth. Told by whom? You continue to make this stuff up. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that you believe it. But just because you're crazy doesn't make it so.

Told by drug addicts and drug dealers. They just fired one officer who the FBI was watching. The other fired officer was due to a state trooper finding his license plate at the crash scene. They know who the other officer is for sure.
Officers on the take make it dangerous for the other officers. Officers who file false reports make it harder for good officers. Lying on reports cost the city tens of thousands that it could be spending on new officers. These officers need to be held accountable.
I know one officer who has filed false reports on more than one incident. This officer if you met you would think was honest because he talks a good game and looks like leave it to Beaver. He may think that he is supporting the thin blue line but in truth he is making it unsafe for other officers.

So Lynch if the State Police are taking care of business in the city why do you want to hire more cops?
This doesn't make sense?
Let the State pick up the tab. Why should the city have to pay for more salaries and pensions if the State is willing to let their troopers patrol the city?
I will give you a little secret. If our cops come across and declare a house a drug lab or drug/gang house OUR city has to pickup the tab for clean up and prosecuting the offenders ! That can be $150,000 or more.
This is why we always let the State Police or Feds declare this and pickup the tab. They even tell the city to let them because obviously they have the money.

Hey, Lynch- did you fall out of a 3 decker window and land on your head on the sidewalk when you were little? Did they put a plate in your squash? Because there is something really, really wrong with you.
#48 Nov 1, 2013
I see. Nothing but the most reliable sources for you, right?
#49 Nov 1, 2013
The city council is the eyes and ears of their people living in their wards. They represent them. That is where their actually duty and roles end.
What you see them as are bosses or managers. That is wrong. They may ask questions about issues at city hall meetings but they do not have the legal authority to change or void whatever they want.
This is why they always refer any issue to the Mayor and city attorney in the end.
#50 Nov 1, 2013
You want to believe the officer filed false reports so you won't go to jail!
#51 Nov 1, 2013
You people are showing your ignorance. Lynch is right. You should try listening to him. First we fire all of the police, then we tell a city like oh I don't know maybe Leominster that we are going to take their Police for like a year or two while we rebuild and they will just say 'OK' because they don't need police and all cops want to work in Fitchburg anyways.
Drug dealers, we all know who they are and where they live. It's time to start kicking in doors! Do we have a warrant or probable cause? NO. But we do have a suspicion so lets trample on peoples civil rights even if they haven't broken any laws I call it being proactive. Lets say we kick in the wrong door and it's just a young couple with a 5 year old toddler. Well that kid will think twice about crime when he grows up after having a shotgun in his face. See this is why I vote Lynch, he's always thinking!

SORRY not Debbie. IF you want to be Mayor this is the question that you have to tell the truth on. I will keep asking and someday if your sittig on a stage answering questions this will be my question to you.
I will have all the facts from the court trial papers in my hand and have all the proof your not telling the truth and that way you should NEVER NEVER EVER hold a leadership job.
SO why don't you start telling the truth!!
When that day comes you will find out who I am and your going to be stock to see me again. Hint (We use to do some dumb shit when we were together, I change but you never did Think way back)
That's why I know your not telling the truth
#54 Nov 1, 2013
Bring it on brother! I am telling 100% the truth. I do not know you. You are lying!
You changed? And I didn't? And why is that? You are full of shit. I always tell the truth even if it is damaging to me. I have nothing to hide as I am a very good person.
There is no doubt that I made some dumb choices when I was young as I had to learn the hard way. My parents gave me the tools, I was achieving very good grades and I was always very well mannered but then I gave into the peer pressure a bit and it engulfed me and this is when I found out the hard way that drinking wasn't for me as it clouded my judgment.
As far as being surprised? You are lying! I have nothing to hide and I know who I am and I know the truth and I stand by it!
#55 Nov 1, 2013
They gave your the tools, They were called GOLF CLUBS and you did hit Andrew and had a part in KILLING him
#56 Nov 1, 2013
Now you are backing off from "knowing me from years ago"? I did not have a part in killing this person. It was a donnybrook where everyone hit everyone.
Yes, I did have an altercation with this person as I grabbed his arms after he squarely hit Kevin Dahls' jaw with a golf club. I had his arms awkwardly as he continued to swing and then one of his friends hit me from the side which caused me to let go and defend myself against that guy. Then I seen my brother getting wailed by a 6.3" 250 lb jacked heavy weight boxer. I intervened and the guy hit me sending me backwards into another altercation where I bare footed Andrew McDonough who was not flat out on the ground to let you know. And then I ran back to the fight with this heavy weight boxer.
I exchanged many punches with him and then I came up with an upper cut to his face and I heard all these breaking sounds. His face broke, he held his face yelling, my younger brother was right there. I grabbed him and told him to get to safety. I was heading back to my house when I looked across the street from where I was fighting. I seen this person who was on top of another person and going up and down in a stabbing motion. I yelled, "what the fuck are you doing?" as I continued toward my house.
Now, I had thought this person was different than the person who is doing natural life. This is still active conversation in circles.
Where as I was within this whirlwind of a fight I had absolutely no control over everyones actions. I was out there punching and kicking everyone who I did not know as the same was happening to me. This is the donnybrook labeling which came from the other side. It wasn't a focused attack as was written in the paper. This was all proven in a trial where my co-defendants were found Not Guilty what I plead to. Before I plead I talked to all the attorneys and I stated I am not pleading because I am guilty because I am not and I told them to fight this case and they will win.
I had my own personal reasons for pleading and I do not regret my decision to do so. I went into jail without complaint but with a resolution to change my self from the addictions or alcohol ect.
That incident was horrible. I addressed Andrews family sincerely at my parole hearing which I withdrew consideration from and did the next four years denying parole. This was my decision.
#57 Nov 1, 2013
My experience in that 1992 incident is the sole reason why I decided to take 100% of the punches that my attacker was throwing at me on North Street. I knew that Dave was with me, I knew as I had just seen the football team running at me from the bar room that we could get hurt. I took the beating 100%. I didn't want Dave to react and I didn't want to strike back as I felt it would of escalated to a bad situation.
I made the right decision on North street. I could have knocked out the attacker and took on another but I would of been immediately attacked by the football team that was hovering.
In fact the entire crowd began to chant, "stop chucky, stop chucky, you are going to kill him"! When I was grabbed by the FFD member, two guys grabbed and yanked back the attacker. He ripped away from them and took three more punches at my face while I was being held by the FFD member. That member was not holding me for the attacker to punch me which I know but the truth is that is what took place. As I stated to him, what are you doing you are giving him face shots. The FFD members' face was to my back as he had me lifted off my feet!

FACT Mr. Lynch listed his occupation in todays paper when he should have told the truth which is
Unemployed on Government Assistance living with my mother not a taxpayer and have not contributed to society since jail 20 years ago.
Fact you lied!!!
#59 Nov 1, 2013
OH NO I am not backing off from "knowing you from years ago"
You once told me you never touch Andrew that night you were never near him in this fight, Now you say you held his arms, So which is it??
If your co-defendants were found Not Guilty why did the following go to jail Jason D. Clifford, 21, of Dorchester to serve 7 to 15 years, and Kevin Lynch, 23, of South Boston to serve 6 to 15 years in the state prison in Walpole; and Brian Lynch, 20, of South Boston to serve 20 years in the state prison in Concord.
Clifford will be eligible for parole in about five years, Kevin Lynch in about four, and Brian Lynch in about two years.
As he lay begging for his life on a South Boston street one summer night in 1992, Andrew S. McDonough was beaten with a golf club, then stabbed with its broken steel shaft and kicked in the head, the golf club came from the house of Keven Lynch and Brian Lynch, a Suffolk County prosecutor told jurors yesterday.
Suffolk County prosecutor also told jurors this was a vicious, deliberate attack on Andrew McDonough by as many as 25 people -- including the four currently on trial for his murder.
Lynch I have all your court records stating the facts. Yes we were friends a long time ago but we went different ways. Some day you will remember who I am
#60 Nov 1, 2013
If we were friends then you would know something about me. You LIE. Andrew was swinging a golf club after he hit Kevin Dahl in the jaw breaking his jaw.
I testified in court that I grabbed onto Andrew McDonoughs arms to prevent him from hitting others. I was not near Andrew McDonough when he was hit with a club nor stabbed which was the cause of death.
I would never have hit anyone with a club nor would I ever stab anyone.
Since you have all the articles print the one that states "depending on which side you believe" as I believe it is the same article which you have referenced concerning jurors.
Then print the next article and it reports that my co-defendants were found Not Guilty of what I had plead to being "joint venture".
But you have your own agenda as you are picking and choising what you want to be heard and not what was revealed!
Did Andrew and his friends work for Whitey and other people as leg breakers? Seeing that you know everything, lets tell it all!
#61 Nov 1, 2013
So if you know so much what did my brother do in this fight? What was the particulars concerning his charge? It was "able and willing to assist his brother".
So, what do you know about him and his sentence? Tell us if you are so close?
He didn't have a police report, did you know this FACT? Ask a police officer if anyone is in jail or went to jail without there being a police report.
He received a 20 yr Concord which is two yrs to serve. And if you were in court you would have heard the DA and attorneys state that they also agreed with Brians' sentence being revisited after two yrs of probation for a dismissal.
You claim to know so much explain more???
#62 Nov 1, 2013
Tell us the particulars of Jason Clifford.Who made a statement on him and what did they say for the reason for the statement? You know so much lets here it. I will give you a little, the person stated that he lied about Jason so know one else would try to say different. Tell us more about this and what else that idiot had to say.
#63 Nov 1, 2013
So tell everyone about the four that went to trial? All charged with Murder under the joint venture theory of law. Three not guilty and one found guilty.
Pat Walshs Father and his attorney begged me to convince him to take a 6-10 offer. I told them I would not as I was taking my sentence for other reasons and not because I was guilty. I had Pats attorney look me in the eyes and promise that he would bring it all the way through a trial as Pat would be found Not guilty.
I wrote the predictions down that day when I went up state. And I had it 100% right except for Kevin Dahl as I thought under the evidence and witnesses that he would be found guilty of Manslaughter. They had offered him an 18-20 with a 11 yr rap.
But you will tell your own little story. And if you know me then you should be ashamed of yourself! If you knew me you knew my heart!
