On one side you had over 50 FSU students and the family of the young student whom Antonucci discriminated against. They stood their with their heads held high respectfully with fortitude and resilience. They were on the side of justice and standing for democracy.
On the other side a State prosecutor standing up for injustice and protecting the discrimination that so obviously was being put on this young students shoulders. He is in cover up mode now. He requested for this kid to continue being held in Evangelitis's dungeon/human rights violation chamber.
The judge looks at the two sides and decided on justice which is represented by the students family and friends. The politics hangs on a bit as the judge then rules for this students' free speech rights to be banned.
Now the next hearing, charges will be dropped except for the trespassing. A deal may be attempted to be struck immediately. A true and equal justice judge would dismiss all the charges immediately. We understand that the Worcester judge could not dismiss all the charges as the case is out of Fitchburg court.
It all goes into cover up mode, protect the Don at all costs. Divert the attention by giving the Don yet again another undeserved accolades for some human rights achievement this time around. Have the University liaison state again "what issue, there are no issues" .
This is the era of information, free speech is abundant. Those in power continuing to attempt to block this free speech but more are able to clearly see these injustices and discrimination. Still, protect the Don, dummy up and give him an undeserving human rights award.
We must be in Fitchburg Dorothy!

As you well know Lynch, dangerous hearings are very difficult for any Judge to assess. What he was found in possession of and what was going on his mind are completely two different things. You of all people, should know that. Are you still running for Mayor Lynch or have you come to your senses?

If the choices are joining the Lynch Admirers Club or the Stamos Admirers Club you can have the loser Lynch. I'd prefer to associate with somebody who contributes to society, pays taxes, owns property, and has never served time for killing another humanbeing in cold blood.

Maybe the student was part of Fox's television series "Fringe". The show is partly filmed in the warehouse next to the fire station on Fairmount street and is partly filmed behind a pallet company in a junkyard off Benson Street.
Fitchburg University students take part in the filming process and one os the creators of the show is from Fitchburg.
Here is a clip from one of the episodes:
