Why has not one kid come forward? I mean the FBI is even involved.

Like Fitchburg, it's looking more and more like the Lunenburg PD might also have a "Boy who cries Wolf" situation.

http://www.sentinelandenterprise.com/breaking...

LUNENBURG -- Police on Monday released a statement saying they have not found any "conclusive evidence" linking the spay-painting of racist graffiti on eighth-grade player Isaac Phillips' home last month to anyone on the Lunenburg High School football team.

According to a statement released by the department:

"Based upon our investigation to date, we have not found any conclusive evidence linking any present member of the Lunenburg High school Football team to the hate crime incident reported on November 15, 2013.

"This statement relates only to the graffiti painted on a resident's home and has nothing whatsoever to do with any football game related issues that have been investigated by the School District."

Phillips, an eighth-grader played on the freshman football team at the high school, alleged he had been bullied and harassed because of the color of his skin.

He and his family woke up Nov. 15 to find the phrase "Knights don't need n******" spray painted on the foundation of their home on Chase Road. Lunenburg's team nickname is the Blue Knights.

His family said he had been targeted before, including having his cleats doused in water and thrown in the trash and his bike tire slashed.

It was also determined this was not the only time the N-word had been used. School officials determined it was used in two separate football games between Worcester South.

Superintendent of Schools Loxi Jo Calmes released a statement saying she hopes "for a speedy resolution to the police investigation."

"The educators and coaches of Lunenburg value diversity, tolerance and acceptance," she wrote. "We are a community of educators who care deeply about all of our students. Our concern for the safety, well-being and education of our students and players continues to be our top priority."

The spray paint was not across the siding, was not across the window on the foundation. It was only painted on the foundation, which can easily be painted over.

And to your point, Stamos. Kids these days can't plan a party with alcohol involved without everyone and their brother hearing about it on Facebook yet with this incident. with the FBI and police involved, everyone is tightlipped? Sorry, not buying it. I'm sure the FBI are looking in all the right spots for the culprit and they're findings will be made public in due time.

Who knows. But it's a pretty good bet that you made up your story about hit men and a shotgun all that other nonsense.

Nothing can surprise me anymore. We have someone running for an office every election who is convinced hit men hired by police are shooting at his house.

A Mayor who is trying to extort money from a company because they want to open a business in the next town over.

People who complain the police don't enforce driving laws are complaing now when the police do.

The only stores that last are ones that sell porn or crack pipes.

At this point I'm willing to believe on Christmas a fat old guy in a Red suit is going to come down my chimney and deliver presents.

After reading the article and watching the news, my first thought was that the family may have painted it themselves... Why? I have no idea... except to maybe get back at some kids that possibly bully their son. Or maybe the kid is actually a jerk and someone else did it... who knows. I just feel bad for the team if no one is actually guilty on the team.

"you" and "your"? Apparently, you think you know who you're talking to, I assure you, you don't!

So, why don't you stop fooling yourself into believing anyone who posts here with something that doesn't fit in your thought process is one specific person?

Maybe the kid wanted to go to Leominster and this might have paved the way.

I have a neice who had been slapped in the back of the head (for no reason) in the corridor at school just days prior to this incident. Her mother was tempted to go to the school administration with the info, but then though "Why make a big deal of it?"

Couple days pass and the kid is in the news... mother thought again about going to the school administration with the info, but then thought people would think she's just doing it because of the publicity...

Needless to say, yes, the kid IS a jerk!

Are you serious, this kid actually slapped a young girl in the back of the head in school just days before this incident. Sounds like your niece needs to come forward here and help get to the bottom of all this. It doesn't matter what people think here, the truth needs to be told. There are many kids here being vilified, tell her to step up at once.

The media are now swarming like bees around the so-called victims house. Not looking good for the kid and his family right now. Something is going to bust and it doesn't look good.

Obviously the parents or the kid did it. She is from Fitchburg and grew up on the tough side of the tracks.

Anyone willing to tag a home with a racist message isnít going to paint the foundation. They would have tagged the siding and got out of there.

I am sure law enforcement suspected them from the beginning. They are most likely looking for money.

Not looking good for this family. Media reporting that the FBI is involved now. I wonder if the undercover FBI agent/perennial Mayoral candidate is involved with or possibly leading the investigation. Special Agent Lynch, can you comment on this investigation or did I just blow your cover?
