Three police officers in New Hampshire have been placed on paid administrative leave after video emerged which shows one of them slamming a suspect against a wall.
Seabrook town manager, Bill Manzi confirmed the men had been suspended and that an investigation had been launched by police chief Lee Bitomske.
'On behalf of the Board of Selectmen and the chief of police in response to the video in question, the town of Seabrook will conduct a comprehensive investigation into the incident,' Manzi said.

The video which dates from 2009 surfaced on YouTube on Monday and was apparently posted by the man thrown against the wall.
He claims that he has brain injuries from the impact, a permanent lump on the back of his head, chipped teeth and is speaking to a lawyer.

The video appears to have come from police cameras inside the station and is dated Nov. 11, 2009.

Unconscious: The suspect lies on the floor as one of the police officers battles to lift him up and steady him on his feet
Unconscious: The suspect lies on the floor as one of the police officers battles to lift him up and steady him on his feet

Suddenly and without warning, one of the officers rams the suspect into the wall which clearly causes him to lose consciousness.

The officer drags the man to his feet and then pulls him out of sight of the camera - but not before one of the other officers pepper sprays the suspect.

The names of the officers involved will not be released by Seabrook police and it is unknown why it has taken over 4 years for this footage to be made public.

'I know there will be a lot of folks who will rightfully have opinions about it,' Manzi said of the video to the Union Leader.

'My position is, we need to give the chief adequate time to get to the bottom of it and conduct a fair, thorough and impartial investigation and then at that point we'll be able to say a little bit more.'

The YouTube video is entitled 'police brutality in Seabrook Police station' and was posted Monday night by a person using the screen-name of Mike Berg.

Get up: The man is so unsteady on his feet that he fails to plant his legs on the ground and stand on his own

What is so funny: One of the officers smiles as the suspect presumably lies on the ground

It quickly received thousands of views and has been shared on various social media Web sites.

The identity of the person slammed into the wall in the video has not been confirmed - but is thought to be the poster of the footage.

The description of the video is explained as:'I was taken out and brought in the booking room to call for a ride.

'After calling a ride I was told I could take my phone that I called from and my wallet.

'As soon as I grabbed my wallet from the table the officer with the glasses came at me saying he never told me I could take my stuff and choked me against the wall then tried to grab the wallet from my pocket. Once he got the wallet and my phone this is what happened.'

Manzi confirmed the officers in the video are from Seabrook and it was footage from the station.

'In terms of how and why the 2009 video is just coming to light now, I don't have an answer for you,' Manzi said.

In addition, the description of the video says that the footage was in the possession of an attorney who disappeared for two years, before the man who posted the video,'was able to track him down.'

The man has indicated he will be filing a lawsuit.

The MORE corrupt criminal police are not held accountable the MORE criminal they will get.

We must all understand that there is NO shortage of officer waiting to be hired that will behave legally!

Why police Chiefs continue to cover up such criminality is beyond reason. Any all all police who seen that video should be FIRED.

I bet that criminal cop is not smiling now!!! Sickening! Just sickening!

It is time to raise up against this epidemic. Such criminal police ALWAYS state that they are never held accountable so it isn't there fault!

The Chief should get fired! And any other officers who saw the video and did nothing!

This is becoming an epidemic; Fitchburg pd is packed with such criminal police and the Chief pats them on the bum and states don't worry we will take $50,000 out of the CDBG funding to cover it up!

Kevin, you are so self-centered. As bad as this incident in Manchester was, it has nothing to do with you.

You became obsessed with a few cops and then had a psychotic episode on North Street where you attacked one of them. None of your repeated charges of police misconduct have ever been proven or even taken seriously by anyone.

You had a previous history of attacking police officers. You attempted to make your case in court. No one believed you and you lost. You are still the one on probation.

If Chiefs held this criminal cops accountable then they could save the city Millions in pensions and health cost that these criminal cops suck up with similar smiles as that criminal cop had watching his fellow cop bash the kids brains in.

Such behavior that is NEVER approached with accountability becomes seriously criminal! They usually extend into the cops home as they beat their wife sometimes killing them.

Just watch these videos and watch the sick enjoyment! Remember that was a steel wall and look at the blood on the back of his neck.

We need to stand up people, begin by registering to vote and then vote in mayors who will hold police to nothing short of professional behavior.

As usual the cops in this video will get away with it. Society has seen this behavior by officers justified for decades as it only has gotten much worse.

The cops out here that are out on nice pensions have always assaulted people and always got away with it.

Now the city will have to shell out millions! And they should!!! There needs to be examples made of these officers! Send them to jail! All three!

Top notch police work in my book. If you break the law and are considered dangerous you shall be treated as such. DON"T TOUCH the wallet while you are being arrested for a crime means DON"T TOUCH THE WALLET!

It's sort of like Lynch complaining that the police confiscated Gomezs' cellphone after they got arrested for jumping an off duty cop outside of JRs Pub. It's evidence dumb dumb.

Answer a simple question Lynch. If you weren't looking to provoke an altercation with the cop you attacked what were you doing lurking around the JRs Pub parking lot? If I were their with my wife and family and you were outside snapping off pictures of my wifes SUV I would have went outside to ask you what was going on?? And if you assaulted me I would have punched you out too.

A young man gets beaten by a couple of other men. He gets kicked in the head. He is defenseless. He starts gasping for air. His trachea is crushed. He loses consciousness.

He starts to gurgle. His heart rate starts to lower and so does his blood pressure. His brain is staring to swell due to hematoma to the head.

He starts seizing uncontrollably due to loss of brain function.

He starts taking his last breaths of air. He has agonal breathing. The most painful way to die to due blunt trauma to the head.

Within seconds he is gone, blood all over the sidewalk.

The victim's family never got a chance to say goodbye.

The criminals will receive a life sentence or do they?

Well we will see in that cop is smiling like a POS now? He will be fired so I guess the lesson then will be "Do not brutally assault another person by slamming his head into a brick wall and do not even think about being a cop if you cannot be professional as there are hundreds of professional officers waiting to join a force.
Get rid of the scum on the force!
They didn't confiscate his phone as Siomos STOLE his phone and never turned it in!

I guess the first lesson to be learned here is do not go assaulting people after they beg for peace! Do not be a leg breaker as it may inflate the tough ego and get you hurt.

The victim and his friends are responsible for part of the blame as well and they know it. They kept pushing for a fight, they wouldn't take peace as they wanted to fight. They were know for crashing parties and hurting people.

It is like criminal police who are never held accountable for their illegal behaviors as those behaviors will become more frequent and more harsher. Many of which historically physically beat their wives. And do not even attempt to justify such a cowardly behavior with me!

You are one sick person. I am not responsible for someone elses actions as the court determined. I did not and would never stab or hit anyone with a weapon! Unless it was in complete self defense which may even be an argument in the 1992 incident but the person who was responsible for the fatal injuries would have to answer to why he went crazy.

But you pleaded guilty to manslaughter (which is the same as a conviction) and were sentenced to 6-15 years in prison for this crime. So you were partly responsible for this.

Let me be clear. As a victim of such assault I am an advocate for such victims. Every time an officer acts criminally it always has something to do with me. I stand for equality, integrity and honesty. If an officer has a criminal assaultive nature then he needs to be fired and jailed in some cases.

If a Chief takes a stand with the community when an officer severs the trust then the Chief will be regarded as a good manager. This goes for the Mayor as well. In Fitchburg Mayor Wong and Chief Demoura protects the criminal activity of the FPD .

When a Mayor and Chief of police go against the public safety trust of the community then they no longer have any control over managing the city. Both have failed!

In reference to Chief Roy. I like this Chief but he failed concerning the management of the FFD.

When there is an incident concerning the public safety employees that you oversee it isn't your position to cover up this wrong doing as it is your job to hold these members accountable for their actions thus making a statement to others under your control that you want nothing short of professionalism.

Your concept that I should be mistreated by public safety employees is as outrageous as their criminal actions. As I mentioned there are 100s of professional officers waiting to be hired.

In Leominster the Mayor and the Chief of police stood with the public when an issue came up concerning an officers criminal behavior. The Mayor was a former officer and he showed that he can rise above the thin blue line/code of silence when such issues as criminal police behavior needs to be managed.

In essence you are telling everyone in the city that they all count equally to the Chief and Mayor. Citizens then stand up with their leaders and work with them; hence Leominster.

Now without having to repeating..........Hence Fitchburg. Where there is no accountability and very poor management of the FPD and the city.

Kevin, you can say that you were assaulted all you want. You can say that people lied and filed false reports all you want. But it didn't happen that way no one else but you breliev es your BS story. The court didn't believe it either.
