Police officers and firefighters were digging at the side of the Nashua River Thursday morning in search of the body of 5-year-old Jeremiah Oliver but did not find him, said District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. Detectives investigating Jeremiah's disappearance obtained information he could be under the train trestle near Murphy Motor on River ... (more)

Do you work as an EMT out of Fitchburg? Maybe you should give them awards for finally doing their jobs, huh? Contact Antonucci as he gives awards and accolades of those that work their jobs instead of sitting around 50% of their work week.

Since a segment of the self righteous, self applauding portion of the population/select few entitled ones have labeled them as "first responders" this time and actually all the time in Fitchburg they are the last responders.
Since they are on the clock and using the top of the line winter gear/tax payer bought I don't they even felt the cold and there was no snow Mr. top D.

Hey Lynch, does it piss you off that you're not in the mix. Is this that lead that Miguel hooked you up with?..... LMAO
#4 Jan 2, 2014
No it doesn't piss me off as I hope they find the boy. You have this misconception of me. I like helping others, is that a bad thing? Oh ya, that is right you are a self righteous Republican that supports every poor citizen in the country.
#5 Jan 2, 2014
You only help others if there is something in it for you! Surely it's not from the goodness of your heart. Good people don't commit.....well we all know what you did.

It does piss him off as he feels since he lives in the city that he should know everything about all criminal cases and how the city operates. What he will never have a concept of that the average hard working taxpayer goes to work and comes home and never thinks about the city unless it directly affects them. They donít need to know about inner workings of the city, why should they?
The city is not obligated to fill in all the residents about how everything works.
Lynch wants to create jobs? Lynch doesnít understand these people donít want to work. They can sell drugs and earn $2,000-$6,000 per week tax free for a few minutes of their time.
They knock up their girlfriends and have them lie and go on welfare for free housing, food, utilities, etc. They cannot bank their cash so it is stashed in several locations. Having access to $100K or more at any time is normal.
Go to most section 8 apartments and you will find multiple flat screen tvs and literally hundreds of Nike Air Jordan sneakers still in the boxes. The Air Jordans are now the status symbol of drug dealers. Some of the 1st edition sneakers go for $25,000 and can be found in most apartments where drug dealers reside in the city.
It is too bad that the city doesnít have a citizen ride along program with public safety so they can see another side of how the some of these people live.
What Lynch gets mad about is not seeing action taken by the city in situations like this. What he doesnít know is that public safety has privileged information ahead of time and it is best to distance themselves in these situations.
It isnít about what public safety isnít doing, it is all about what Lynch doesnít know and what feels that he has a right to know.
Sorry Lynch just like in the Lunenburg graffiti case. Law enforcement and the school officials were informed of what was going on but it wasnít for the public until the case is closed. They were not ignoring the case they just knew more than the public needed to know at the time.

LOL, you are funny, either you know your lies or you are so narrow that you do not understand common sense any longer.
I do good things from my heart. Digging a hole at the orders or your commanders is not from the heart but part of the work day. You are pointing the finger at the wrong person.
Yes, we know that as a fireman you may have to work on a busy week maybe a total of 5 hrs out of the forty. As a cop you may have to work 1 hr out of every 8 hr day.
Don't tell me your BS! And what is up with officer terminator glasses trend? You old timers use to wear the golfing glasses because that is where you spent the majority of your work week!
If I was a cop Fitchburg wouldn't be so smothered in gangs and drugs! In Conneticut it took one person telling authorities that Jose may be dealing in order to set a cop into asking Jose to secure him some drugs. In Fitchburg 50% of the time they do not answer to 911 calls at all!
Fitchburg PD is lazy, not managed properly and never held to any standard of accountability.

In fact in Fitchburg we have tax payer paid officers who conduct themselves like a gang. They get paid to commit crimes as they falsify reports! Some belong in prison, FACT!
In the new Year maybe justice will finally appear in Fitchburg where a few will be put into prison where they belong!
If I were in charge I will make a civility course mandatory for all officers if they didn't like it then they could leave!
Research how Bratton managed police departments in Boston, New York and California. He had success by holding officers to a standard atleast to have to abide by laws! In Fitchburg, the message they send is that if you want to be a cop in Fitchburg you have to be dirty and break some laws for the good ole boys!

Luckily, you'll never be in charge of anything other than a bag of Doritos and the remote..
#10 Jan 2, 2014
OK, let you tell it! Do you smell yourself? Yes, you do smell, now go wipe your ass and brush those filthy teeth!
#11 Jan 2, 2014
Nice adolescent try at insulting me. You must have a mental age of 14. Doesn't work. But you'll still never be in charge of anything but the Doritos and the remote. And why? Because everyone knows that you are a liar, a felon and a nut.

Police, firefighters dig under bridge as search for Jeremiah continues
FITCHBURG -- Investigators got a tip 5-year-old Jeremiah Oliver may be buried on the banks of the Nashua River but an excavation proved fruitless Thursday, said District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
Police officers and firefighters joined with State Police digging underneath a train overpass near Murphy Motor Sales on River Road for several hours.
Early heaped praise on the city's officers and firefighters.
"They are true professionals," he said.
Early declined to say who gave investigators the tip.
There have been other tips since the investigation into Jeremiah's disappearance, he said.
"There were a couple of scenes we thought he could possibly be at," Early said.
It's been a difficult probe into the disappearance because investigators started on the trail nearly two months after the little boy was last seen by relatives Sept. 14, he said during a telephone interview.
Early said his office was also monitoring reports that Jeremiah's father was arrested in New Britain for selling heroin.
Jeremiah's mother Elsa Oliver, 28, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of reckless endangerment of a child, and two counts of accessory after the fact of a felony (assault and battery with a dangerous weapon).
Her boyfriend Alberta Sierra, 22, was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a knife, and two counts of assault and battery on a child causing bodily harm.

Field Test #2: Luminol
Sometimes, the investigator may conduct a thorough search with a powerful light and still not find evidence of blood, even though he or she has a strong feeling that blood was present at the scene. Although many perpetrators may use all sorts of measures to rid a crime scene of blood, it is nearly impossible to remove all traces of blood. A chemical, luminol, can be sprayed throughout the area to determine if the investigator's suspicion is correct, usually within five seconds. If there is any latent blood present in the darkened room, it will give off a bluish glow when exposed to a fluorescent light. The glow increases in intensity the more blood is present. Despite its immediate results, luminol should not be considered the best choice to detect blood and should be used sparingly. Unfortunately, lunimol has several disadvantages that can be harmful to valuable blood evidence, including that it has the potential to destroy some genetic markers, as well as dilute blood to the point it can no longer provide any useful genetic information. Also, some substances, such as bleach and copper, can cause a false reading, indicating that blood is present when it is not (Jones, 2006; Ramsland, 2007; Schiro, 2002).

A cadaver dog or human remains dog is a special type of police dog which has been trained to search for cadavers and human remains. With the use of a cadaver dog, rescue crews can identify dead bodies in wreckage for future removal, and cadaver dogs can also be used by crime units to find areas where a cadaver might have been buried, stored, or dismembered. These canines may have macabre jobs, but they are very useful additions to the police forces in the areas where they are used, and they have some of the best noses in the business.
As human remains decay, they produce a variety of very distinct odors. While most of us would probably prefer to avoid ever experiencing such odors, for cadaver dogs, the odors are like a signature, because they appear nowhere else in nature. A cadaver dog can actually detect human remains through concrete, buried underground, or at the bottom of a body of water, using its extremely well-honed noses to search for faint traces of the chemicals emitted by the human body during decomposition

Stamy, maybe you should be the new chief. You are an idt and you deem kids like Jerimiah as an undesirerable.
Message to Early, is this kid even though he lived in poverty and Hispanic worthy of an adequate investigation? Or do you deem him an "undesirerable"?
Why haven't you used cadaver dogs? WHY not?
Why haven't you used Luminol ? Why not?
Do you work as an EMT at FFD ?
Why hasn't your office displayed to the public a copy of the tattoo?
Why haven't you gone after others around Elsa and Alberto for obstruction?
Why haven't you charged Elsa and Alberto with obstruction?
Are you investigating sexual abuse of children concerning Alberto and or Elsa?
Have you offered Immunity from prosecution to select tattoo artist in Fitchburg as they most likely did her tattoo out of shop with is illegal. And then have you told them if they are not telling the truth that your office will bring very serious obstruction of justice charges against that tattoo person if it is found that they knew??
Have detectives talked to searchers for Jerimiah?
I strongly feel that not even a small percentage of police work has been given to this case. Yes, we understand that there are detectives working on the case but we feel not enough has been done due to this familys economic status and police deeming the family "undesirable'.
As I personally know state and local police FAILED to dust for finger prints at a gruesome murder scene in Fitchburg which the family states your office was more concerned with pot found in the victims home.
The only eye witness told your investigators over and over that the two murderers were grabbing the door. Did you feel that the investigation didn't deserve to be investigated as the victim was deemed "an undesirable"?
Should you resign if it is found out that you work at the FFD? Should you resign if independent PIs deem your investigations into such cases as inept due to this "undesirable labeling of victims and their families?

Lynch the Retard,
How do you know they haven't used a dog or Luminol in their search efforts? How would you knowing they did or didn't?
