the people of the town of newburgh need to take a more "pro-active" approach to protecting themselves and their hard worked for properties. PLEASE, do not be so passive neighbors! Report to the Police everything. They are ready, willing and able to protect us. For too long we have enjoyed the safety of our neighborhoods. This world has gotten really ugly, and it is unfortunate that now we must all submit to the harsh realities. Don't let these things happen to your friends, families and neighbors.
