Review: Salon Arje

i hate this salon! the prices are way too high for a haircut i could have done at home!

I CAME ACROSS A FEW NEGATIVE POSTS WHILE LOOKING FOR THEIR NUMBER TO GIVE TO A FRIEND. I GUESS PEOPLE ARE ENTITLED TO THEIR OPIONION BUT IM VERY SURPIRISED THAT THIS SALON COULD GET ONE STAR. MUST BE A GIRL WHO DOESNT MAKE MINIMUM WAGE TO SAY THAT A BEAUTIFUL STYLE AND CUT IS EXPENSIVE. IT IS 2008 LOL!

I got a terrible haircut here. It was a haircut I would have expected from one of those cheap mall salons.

You shoul try Moxie's salon in Beacon. They are super nice and give great haircuts.

I heard through the "grapevine" that a certain new salon owner (im sure I dont have to say the name) was posting fake comments to get business. Thats ok, but what goes around TRULY comes back around!!

Lets just be professional and rely on talent not unfair business strategies. People do talk and the information I was given, unfortunately sounded legit. But Im always down for no drama, its been working for me for 4 years in my business!

this place is awful the owner is a disgusting pig who yells at his assistants in front of clients. i would never go back here again

I went to Salon Arje' because I asked two different women where they had gotten their hair done and they BOTH told me Arje'. Not only did I get the BEST haircut and style of my life (im in my thirties)but the salon was beautiful and it was much cheaper than I thought it would be! I also get a free haircut if I refer three friends so Im telling EVERYONE!

OK Michelle rocks! She is super nice,and professional. The owner is another story! I have been there twice, never a hello, thank you or goodbye. The place is not that big so its not like he cant see me. He also gossips and is so unprofessional, the last time I was in I wanted to yell shut-up! I AM NOT A DIVA BUT I AM SPENDING BUCKS HERE. I wish Michelle would move, I am nit sure if I am going back.

I have known Josh since 2000, and he has been the only one to do my hair all that time. In fact, I now make it a point to get to Beacon to see him, just so I know it my hair will look great and stay perfect between cuts! I've tried some others since Josh moved out of FL and up to NY... but I'd rather travel 1000 miles to get it done right!

When I first moved to Beacon I was concerned about finding a salon that I would be happy with. I tried Salon Arje. I didn't get a bad haircut but I wasn't blown away. The atmosphere wasn't bad nor did it impress me. The price wasn't too expensive but the haircut wasn't high end either. I have since found another salon that employs fun upbeat people, offers great haircuts at a great price with an environment that is extremeley upbeat...reminds me of the salon I used to go to when I lived in Brooklyn.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Salon! The only complaint I have is its hard to get in, wish they had more stylists. Parking isnt so great either, I went a few weeks ago and it took me 15 minutes to get a space. But I always love my hair!
