Toddler In Stable Condition After Being Left In Hot Car
A 16-month-old girl rescued from an SUV in which the temperature had risen to 124 degrees was listed in stable condition Sunday, a day after her mother was arrested on a felony neglect charge.

I read in another article this mom is no stranger to Child Protective Services, but they wont elaborate.
The infant was released from the hospital to the grandmother. But which one? Paternal or Maternal. No word about the baby daddy in the story.

i herd it was the maternal grandmother that has custody of this child. The woman was allowed to retain custody of her other children for some reason
