School Assembly performers strut their stuff for staff & volunteers who book talent at school assemblies, library & parks special events
50 Educational Performers Treat Hamilton County Volunteers, School Staff to Premier Showcase, Oct. 2 in Fishers
Ever wondered about the science of bubbles? Want to watch Albert Einstein do a math song 'n dance? Ever had a case of Marimbamania while learning about music from around the world? These are some of the acts that will entertain Indianapolis-area staff and volunteers who program assemblies at local schools, libraries, parks and other learning centers.
They can enjoy live, interactive, engaging performances by 50 talented performers on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, during Premier Showcase ( http://www.premier-showcase.com ), the nationís leading resource connecting educators and performers for assemblies. This "under-one-roof" event runs from 8 am to 3 pm October 2, 2012 at the Forum Conference & Events Center in Fishers (11313 USA Parkway, Fishers).
Premier Showcase is a one-stop-shop for booking talent for the 2012-13 school year. Founder Lloyd Bachrach (an educational performer who spreads his anti-bullying message to children and youth) says he created Premier Showcase after learning about the countless hours and hassles school staff and volunteers spend researching the talent for their school, library, or park functions.
His one day "mini-expo" lets attendees network with and schedule top educational performers from around the country and includes short performances such as "Bubble Wonders - science of Bubbleology," "Abraham Lincoln in Song," or "By the Numbers with Albert Einstein," and more. Their performances use laughter to promote learning about topics as varied as art, science, history, poetry or cyber-bullying.
