Went to Walmart and were going to purchase 4 of the Zhu Zhu pets. They were approached by a off duty assistant manager who was I hear in line purchasing something. He saw that Family with the 4 zhu zhu toys and told them you can't buy all 4 you can only buy one. The man told him I don't see any signs anywhere saying limit 1 toy. The off duty assistant told him 1 per customer. The man said ok I am purchasing 1,my girlfriend purchasing 1,my friend purchasing 1 and my baby purchasing 1. The off duty Manager said no the baby can't purchase 1 she is not a person( last I knew a baby or adult is a person) The assistant reached over put his fingers in mans face and told him something is going to happen to him. I hear 2 other managers then came and I am assuming they let the man buy them because they opened up 3 registers and they let them purchase toys. I guess the off duty manager called police and I am wondering what he reported because as that man,girlfriend,baby,friend were leaving 2 cops came in and went right to the man. He told them I have a receipt and the Little cop told him shut the F--k up. The man said you don't have to swear at me I have a receipt. The little cop said thats it grabbed the man and as he grabbed him man told him I just had shoulder surgery and 2 other people were yelling he just had shoulder surgery. The man said I am not going to resist I just had shoulder surgery. They still continued to rough him up cuffed him and then after they had him cuffed threw him back on the floor and were telling him stop resisting after he was already cuffed. They dragged him around and hurt him and then they ended up calling him and ambulance. Witnesses in store went up to that little cop and told him you guys hurt that man he was not resisting. Little cop told that witness Mind her own business he was resisting. This little cop was swearing like crazy from what I heard. The man was transported to hospital and at the hospital xrays were taken and it revealed that the mans shoulder was separated. This is horrible. This man is hispanic and did have tatoos and all this little cop kept telling him is Mother f------ Rantoul police run this town not no Mother f---ing whatever the tatoo was on his hand said.

This was all because some off duty manager was mad that they purchased those four toys. This off duty manager says they have a limit of 1 zhu zhu item no matter what kind it is.
I went to that Walmart today and purchased all the zhu zhu stuff on shelf today and nobody said we have a limit. I think it was a Manager who opened register for me and sold all to me. 10 toys I purchased.
