He is lucky to be alive, I hope he has learned a lesson. What a dumb asshole for trying to wind surf @ this time of the year, he put other peoples lives @ risk and cost the tax payers $. Like the people that get stuck in the mountains because its something they have to do, I'd serve them with a heavy rescue fee.
