Exactly, and some of these male abusers deliberately get their women pregnant with as many children as possible. The more children a woman has, the harder it is for a woman to leave an abusive relationship. A fact that abusers know very well.

Few if any people actually "support abortion." What people do support, is the woman's right to decide on her own body; something that will ultimately affect the rest of her life and/or the future of that zygote or fetus that may eventually become a baby. We males as history has proven, have the ability to simply walk away at literally any time. If she does so in the same fashion, she potentially goes to jail for child abondonment and potentially a host of other related charges. Meanwhile HE gets off Scott-Free. IF the law ever catches up with him the only way he'll go to jail is if the Mother actively persued child support through the courts and he refused to pay.(a relatively recent set of laws) Going through any such court process especially in cases where the dude refuses to claim what might be his own, is costly both in terms of time and money. Meanwhile she has a kid to raise. Lot of the still-borns occur because the people having them can't afford prenatal and subsequent health care costs. Imagine how well these folks are able to afford the actual zygote, fetus, turned baby. On somewhat of a side note, per a 2005 census analysis, Ohio's infant mortality rate, ranks # 8th in the nation at 8.3/1000 live births. National average is 6.9/1000. http://www.census.gov/statab/ranks/note.html Probably doesn't include births that never make it to term for various natural medical reasons. Ohio's ranking according to another analysis on CDC data by statehealthfacts.org , places Ohio's ranking at 36 among 50 states.

Can you believe that? >> the wiki is right... those cases overturned the anti contraception laws of connecticut.... I remember when the Sears catalog (when I was a kid) had a sickroom and health section. Douching equipment was marked: "cannot be sold in Connecticut." What is even more shocking is that we never got rid of the Comstock laws until 1983. The government's interest in purging all mailboxes of advertisements for contraceptives is more than offset, the Court said, by the harm that results in denying the mailbox owners the right to receive truthful information bearing on their ability to practice birth control or start a family. "We have previously made clear," the Court emphasized, "that a restriction of this scope is more extensive than the Constitution permits, for the government may not reduce the adult population … to reading only what is fit for children." Absolutely unbelievable. Douching huh? Gonna rinse that sperm right out of my ... uhm, fill in the blank. This commercial had me on the floor laughing when it first came out. http://www.youtube.com/watch...

<<Question, Bobby; wouldn't such a refusal to give back a customer's prescription slip be an act of THEFT by the pharmacist? Or am I wrong there? >>
You would be correct!
They are only obligated to keep it (for the police) if:
1) it is for a dangerous drug and they know it is a forgery.
2) If they suspect it is a counterfeit.
Then, the cops will come and take it for evidence. If it really is a fraudulent Rx. they will bust the person who passed it when they come back to pick it up the filled Rx,.. It's worth 5 years in the federal pen for Rx fraud.
Refusing to give your Rx back is the unlawful taking of someone else's property. The written Rx is property of the person it is written for until it is legally filled and filed by the pharmacy.
Then, the pharmacist owns the paper it's written on (because there are filing requirements and the DEA can audit the pharmacy inventory) and you own the information on it. He may not disclose anything on it to anyone else without a court order or your permission. You have to give them a release just to get a printout of your last years worth of transactions for taxes.
If a pharmacist won't give back your prescription, call the cops.
Since those cameras cover virtually every inch of the pharmacy (to prevent employee theft), there is no way he will be able to hide it form the cops. Ask them to view the surveillance tape. They will see him take it and then not return it.
Then, press charges!
A theft conviction will queer any chance he will ever get a job as a pharmacist again.
When they arrest him, make sure to get a few cell phone photos of him in bracelets, just for laughs..

"Gonna rinse that sperm right out of my ... Cipka!" Only thing funnier than that would be "mouth!" Maybe we could use MY version: http://www.youtube.com/user/ArnieBecker#p/a/u... Maybe they could use that in a Listerine commercial! I think I just made a political statement! Either that, or I should put in a bukake warning? But I don't care.... spit babies don't live anyway!
