Seriously, this salon is the most amazing place in the Tri-Cities. It is very cutting edge, the stylists are up to date on the latest fashion cuts and are extremely knowledgeable. They offered wonderful hour'derves while making you glamorous...it is a wonderful experience!

the i dont recommend it. why? the stylists are knowledgeable, but talk badly about their very own clients! i have gone to this salon for about two years, and numerous times i've heard them talking badly about other co-workers. the owners are two faced snobs, who talk about their own clients as soon as they leave the salon. how completely unprofessional!! they need to keep things to themselves. i have been a client here for a while and don't want to be a part of it anymore. i recommend this salon to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY the most unprofessional business owner-BROOKE- who does not take care about any her true clients..just her friends...I would avoid her and see the other stylist. Better yet with tons of professional and knowledgeable stylists in the area..it'll probably better to give some one else your business.

I was recently in there with my daughter about a week ago. Guy was highlighting her hair. There was a young mother in there with two little boys. One was maybe 7 or 8 and the other was probably close to 8 months. While the mom was getting her hair washed the boys were playing and the baby yelled out a playful scream. Brooke, the owner, turned around and yelled at the women. If I was her I would NEVER go back there, and I would have given that unprofessional so called business owner a piece of my mind. Screaming at other stylists clients, even ones of your own, is COMPLETELY unprofessional. She should not be running a business.

I clearly remember the day this happened in my salon. This was the 2nd time this "mother" brought her 4 year old child and maybe 6 month old infant with her to her 3 hour appointment. The "mother" ignored both her children and expected her 4 year old to take care of the infant each time she was in the salon. Not only was the stylist distraught but the other cusomers were upset. After hearing the apologies from all the stylists in the salon to thair clients I felt it was my job as the "owner" the ask the young mothere to address the children. Clearly the mother was not bothered by the disruption of the hi-pitched sreams coming from her children but I certinly was for the rest of the clients in the salon. I run a professional salon and feel that it was resopnsable for me to consider the wellbeing of the other clients despite the lack of respect this "mother" had for her stylist, children or the salon. Not to mention how totally unfair it was to her her 4 year old. I would suggest that this "mother" find a salon that accomidates children while she get's her hair done in the future to avoid any professional business owners protecting the astomphere of their business.

House of style is the most professional salon i have ever worked in. Brooke and Guy are amazing teachers and stylists. I would recommend our salon to anyone who wants the best possible hair services and knowledge to style and take care of their hair between services. The incident that is being referred to was with my client and has been taken care of. Please visit our salon for yourself to find the Best place in the area for your needs.

After a week fighting with my teenage son I took him to see Guy, he was the only one that understood what he wanted. Now all of us go to him and only him. He is the only one that understands what the boys and the girls want and we r always extremly satisfied! Thanks Guy and Brooke for having such a great place.

Wow, seems like someone formulated an angry mob to post bad reviews. Childish really...

As someone who has clientele I must admit that it is both rewarding and very stressful. You can't please everyone, and sometimes people get angry over the smallest incident.

I wasn't there the day that this woman came in with her kids, but I go to House of Style every 6 weeks to RELAX. I take the entire day off of work, I get my hair done, and sometimes they even throw in a free glass of wine which is always nice :) I would've been very unhappy had there been unruly children disrupting my personal time, I'm sure Brooke handled it professionally. Everytime I go in there all of the girls are laughing, complimenting each other, hugging...etc. They are a family. Brooke isn't my hairstylist, but she always comes over to where I'm getting my hair done to tell me that I look nice.

I've NEVER heard anyone saying anything bad about their clientele personally, so I'm not sure what that was about. Oh well. I'm very happy there, the place is nice, the people are talented and polite. I reccommend them to everyone I know. They are the only ones who can manage my hair type. Thank you Katey Sparks!
