Too big to fail is not acceptable why is the government stopping these monopolies? the government is not enforcing the law as they sell it for campaign contributions.

if this is a hostile takeover, it shows Cooper exec. have not been on their game and allowed the situation to be possible. Guess thats what happens when you screw your work force over, would be rather ironic to see the execs locked out.

You do not understand. The executives are window dressing. The company is controlled by the stock holding groups that control all manufacturing. The employees will get screwed even more and most likely lose jobs. The end game is short term stock profits.
