Pssst, the repeal hasn't been finished yet.

Though at least we know certification will likely happen in June (before Gates steps down) which means the repeal will be complete by the end of August.

I wouldn't be so certain about that. ALL of the service chiefs still have to sign off on this, and if one refuses to do so, DADT will NOT be repealed.
