Investigators searching for cause of g2 Revolutions fire
#1 Nov 23, 2011
Serious questions need to be raised regarding the health and safety of the employees at G2. Storing and processing large amounts of highly flammable materials requires OSHA training in handling hazardous materials, as well as the need for proper personal protective equipment for all personel that are in direct contact. OSHA has specific guidelines for such activities, and if mentally challenged workers were utilized in the processing, do they have the capacity to comprehend the dangers, and what to do in the event of a fire. If not, it is no wonder someone was not seriously injured. If so, they must have training records verifying employee's were certified under OSHA law.
