From the way it sounded in todays Kenton Times the judge is going to allow the media in the court room. I'm sorry to say, but this judge needs to be replaced. He is a joke and always go with what the Prosecutors say. I personally feel that this trial should get tried in the courtroom not the media. I mean, he allowed the last girl that shot her mother to be published all over the media and she never got a fair trial. She took a plea bargain and got 18 months.

Judge me but before this case is all over and done with this girl will get tried not only in the court room, but also the Media.

Don't commit a crime unless you are prepared for all that comes with it!!! Did you.also know hrr mother in the other case allowed her to be molested and beat her??? Lets get some facts before we speak!!!7

This is a child! Why on Gods green earth would you want a child to go through the hell of having the media in her face and saying things about you that arent true? None of us know the circumstance in this case but I do know if it was MY child I would want to protect her as much as possible even if she did do it! I cant imagine any child shooting someone and not freaking out and not tell their parents about it! Call me crazy but I think everyone needs to stay out of it and let an unbiased jury decide - NOT the stupid hill jacks from Hardin County........

I'm sorry but this is a juvenile and their names don't have to be given to the public. It's only public record when it's an adult. Unless the judge allows the media to get involved. Which Judge Rapp allowed to happen in the Meredith Poling case. If this girl would of went to trial she would of never gotten a fair jury. If you think Judge Rapp is such a good Judge then why was he one of them that got busted a couple of years back in Hancock County for Cocaine? Guess you've never been in his court room while he sits there and stares out the window. That's alright I know why I lost my job at lifeworks, but I know alot of things that go on within the juvenile system that is wrong. Alot of kids stuck in the system just because the county gets money for them. Most of the drug tests that are dirty are actually clean. About the time the kid is suppose to get off probation we lie and say they flunked it. Most of the cases that are in Juvenile court there is no evidence. We just need to make the kid take the plea bargain so that we can keep the Juvenile Court open.
