Copper is generally considered to be a soft metal, meaning it can be worked without heating. Over a period of working the metal in this way it can 'work harden'. This means that the molecules within the copper are compressed and irregular in their arrangement. This causes stress in the metal and eventually cracking the metal along these stress points. In order for the copper to be worked to any extensive degree it must be annealed.

i was offered a tire production job at the findlay plant. I declined after talking to other workers there. The Management could give 2 craps less about the workers. while the floor workers are working and doing their jobs the mangement goes into their office jack around. when a machine breaks or goofs up and you need help they are no where to be found. Secondly, I've heard Cooper has horrible safety.

You guys need to recognize why you all are here??? There may be some reasons to get strip off you. If you are dealing with this worker then you need do have proper first aid at work. Low risk means no such kind of problem.
