has anyone else had isues? they seem to fire the good help at every turn. the manager is a total waste of time. the only decent people left to deal with is cody novotny and scott gentry. rusty hall was one of the best parts guys ive ever had the pleasure of dealing ith always knew what was going on, and if he didnt he would find out, good help like this is hard to find. but they have no freakin problem bringing in part timers that dont know a water pump from a a fan belt. its a sad excuse for a parts store

I would suggest that you write the district manager and complain, then have all your friends do the same if they have had bad experiences. Bad management means good employees either quit or get fired for stupid reasons. I have heard from others that this manager lacks the skills and personality to be in this position and is causing good employees and customers to go elsewhere. I think you can go to Oreilly's webpage to file a complaint. If you want good customer service, then demand it!
