The new houses, new business park, new school and sewage treatment plant are all at risk as well. I've heard from people in Fillmore for the past decade that all this building is a disaster waiting to happen. Well, we have the best City council, and mayor money could buy. Next 100 year flood we'll see half of Fillmore floating toward the Pacific.

Yep...just like folks in Wisconsin that watched their houses wash away. They didn't belive it either, now look at the situation their in. No one ever thinks it will happen to them, but now they're having to pay a dear price for their "politicians" short sightedness.
