Good neighbors don't infringe upon their neighbors. They don't break into their neighbor's house and/or demand things they are not entitled to.

The illegal aliens do not act loving towards us. You get what you give. Do unto others...and Mexico sure as hell won't allow illegal aliens to run amok in their country!

"Amen, amen I say to you: He that enter not by the door into the sheepfold, but climb up another way, the same is a thief and a robber." (John 10:1)

It's obvious the illegals are thieves and robbers in God's eyes, seeing as how they don't bother entering through the door.

You can not deport American citizens and the way the laws are right now those children born in the USA to illegals are American citizens. That is just how it is.

I agree with what you say, except for "Those that have done no harm here and only worked providing for themselves and families they in mho should be allowed to stay."
They have done harm here in many ways (posted many times in this forum). We've been there, done that with Regan's amnesty. What did it get us? MORE illegals coming here in hopes of more amnesty. Illegals marching in the streets demanding amnesty and citizenship. They have no right to US Citizenship as they came here illegally and are indeed LEGAL citizens of another country. To come here and dig in their heels while hiding from authorities does not qualify them to become citizens. This would be a severe slap in the face to those who have waited to do it legally. We as a country have every right to SELECT who is allowed to immigrate and I don't think that we need to select, via amnesty, those who are uneducated and unwilling to stand up to effect change in their own countries, or just want a better pie to grab a piece from.
Not all that you have read on these forums is the truth. There are in fact many of illegals that have harmed no one in this Country. Many have close American family members which they take care of. So to me it would harm other American citizens to have all deported. But that is my opinion.

However, he also says to follow man's laws, and his 10 Commandments are pretty clear...

"Thou shalt not steal" and that does not exclude other peoples identities.

"Thou shalt not bear false witness (lie)" and that does not exclude lying about who you are and presenting fraudulent papers to obtain jobs or benefits.

"Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors goods", that does not exclude government benefits paid by American tax payers for the use of American Citizens, nor does it exclude citizenship in this country, medical care, and an American Education.

Matthew 22 and Romans 13 make it pretty clear that we are not to violate the laws that govern our society.

In Luke 20:25, the phrase, "Give unto Caesar what is Caesar's" is attributed to Jesus. He was talking about tax law; the quote is used as an example of how Christians should submit to secular authority.

Romans 13:1-7 states:“Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. For he is God’s servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God’s servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer.

Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.”

That passage makes it abundantly clear. We are to obey the government God places over us. God created government to establish order, punish evil, and promote justice (Genesis 9:6; 1 Corinthians 14:33; Romans 12:8). We are to obey the government in everything - paying taxes, obeying rules and laws, showing respect, etc. If we do not, we are ultimately showing disrespect towards God, for He is the One who placed that government over us. When the Apostle Paul wrote Romans 13:1-7, he was under the government of Rome, during the reign of Nero, perhaps that most evil of all the Roman Emperors. Paul still recognized that government’s rule over him. How can we do any less?

Romans 13:1-7 makes it abundantly clear that God expects us to obey the laws of the government. The ONLY exception to this is when a law of the government forces you to disobey a command of God (Acts 5:29). Illegal immigration is the breaking of a governmental law. There is nothing in Scripture that would contradict with obeying immigration laws. Therefore, it is a sin, rebellion against God, to illegally immigrate into another country. Romans 13:1-7 also gives the government the authority to punish lawbreakers, whether it be by deportation or imprisonment (in the cases of illegal immigration), or more severe penalties for greater crimes.

The vast majority of illegal aliens in the United States have immigrated for the purpose of having a better life, providing for their families, and escaping from poverty. These are good goals and motivations. However, these reasons do not give a person the right to break a law. Those seeking to immigrate to the United States (or any other country), should obey the immigration laws of that country. While this will cause delays and frustrations, again, these reasons do not give a person the right to break a law.

We still don't reward law breaking, and it's not fair to the people who have been waiting years in their own country to come legally. Why should we let a line jumper step in front of those trying to do it right?

Besides, no one knows for sure if that illegal has used someone else's social or if they've gotten benefits for their anchor that they have never contributed towards, and so on.

To be fair, we must get the illegal aliens out of here. They did this to themselves.

Hi Rebel I do agree that they should not come here without going through the proper channels. I'm a very firm believer that our Borders and Ports of Entry need to be secured.
But as you know I also don't believe that all should be deported. But I'll agree to disagree with you on that. I know your heart is good and you see total deportation as the only solution.
We'll see how our Government handles this mess. At least I hope we will see and this won't be allowed to continue as it is now.
Enjoy your sunny day.

I can appreciate your point of view, and agree to disagree.:-)

We are *finally* getting some cooler weather! Yay!!! How are things up there? I'm out getting some dinner and talking to the regulars at Stained Glass. Have some errands to do and then home to some more work. I'm hoping this cool weather continues, as it feels really nice.

We have had a couple of cold snaps nothing real cold but it was a nice break from the heat. Right now it's getting a little cool again. I guess I better look and see how cold it will be getting. I have some tree's I need to cover if it is going to freeze.
Well enjoy your meal and the cool weather, I know you love that. ltr

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Scorpio

Take it slowly today otherwise you'll be almost guaranteed to lose your temper and make yourself very unpopular in the process. If someone is annoying you, you won't need any encouragement to start a row because you're looking for outlets for your current ire and irritation. OK, but do your best to direct your anger at the person who deserves it and not at innocent bystanders.
