There are 337 posts on this subject. I can't fathom how vile they have gotten. You come out here righteous yet you treat other humans with such little respect. This man's sister, his children, his mother, NEVER deserved the treatment I've read here. You have a stand on the right to protect your person and property feel free to demonstrate it in a mature manner stating facts. This was a sad story for everyone involved. Children lost their father, regardless of your opinion of him. Some day they'll read this. You're doing your part to harm them as you've accused their father of doing.
yeah, the shooting is just like the movie avatar, except;

1) the man's business wasn't on another planet,

2) the burglar was the invader, not the shooter,

3) this was real life, not a disney like film with a bambi,

4) there were 1,000 times more black people on the set of the real shooting than were in the whole cast of Avatar,

5) a magic tree won't bring the dead burglar back to life,

6) and nobody was riding on the backs of reptile birds on the set of the real shooting.

And he was shot in the yard not in his home. Castle laws do not apply.
Really, if what you say is true, why don't you post the actual text of the relevent texas law to bolster your argument?

How dare you people say he is a low life.....NO MATTER WHAT, he could have been detained til police arrived, shot in the leg but to shoot him from behind in the back of the head.......He was my brother, a father and son!!!!!!!!!! Stacy, what if it was your brother, father or son, would you react the same way.....After the first shooting, he should have taken measures to ensure his property was protected......
Any gun shop employee will tell you never wound a perpertrator, they'll sue you. I guess thats why you're upset. Didn't get a free lunch. When you shoot, shoot to kill and rightfully so, regardless of race, age, or gender of the scumbag that feels its their right to take from others. You liberals need your heads examined and your parents did a poor job of teaching you right from wrong.

I just want you to know its people like you in this world I pray for. Not thieves, not criminals but sick minded people. How could you disrespect someone this way? You have a lot to learn in life. Do you have a wife, daughter, son or mother? How would you feel if this happen to your family? Piece of advice, take a step back and evaluate yourself.
