$10M Settlement in Fernley Flood Case on Hold
A Nevada irrigation district's tentative agreement to pay $10 million to victims of a 2008 flood caused by the failure of a century-old irrigation canal has been put on hold.

Sad that this has drug out for so long, the families and everyone effected by this need to have a settlement in the case.
It is equally sad that the lawyers will be getting at lest 1/3 of the money, but everyone needs to get paid for there labors.
