Elections Office commits pair of errors

The Humboldt County Elections Office sent out incorrect information to voters in southernmost and northernmost parts of the county, and is working to set the record straight.

First they lost their institutional memory and now it was a printers error. Apparently Ms. Crnich doesn't take responsibility for anything that goes wrong in the Elections Office. Ms. Crnich apparently doesn't proof read nor does she understand that one of the main jobs of the elections office is to maintain the institutional memory of elections.

What in the world are you talking about? First of all the Times Standard didn't get the first story correct. But don't expect a correction anytime soon.

And the elections office got all of that information out well in advance that allowed for corrected information to be sent out or new ballots distributed well in advance of mandated deadlines.

No harm, no foul.

I would just love it if the Times Standard would ever publish an article acknowledging their own errors. They don't have enough paper.

So what else is new . Go back to the old fashion way by hand and have everyone VOTE by mail, no line to wait in no need to get off work vote by mail just cost a stamp
