These are situations where people need to be vigilant and get a good attorney, contact the state and federal FBI and the FDLE, the news stations, and the local papers.
I contacted an attorney, the local news and the FDLE. They were aware of the corruption but didn't want to confront it. What were they scared of I wonder?

How many instances are you aware of? Are there any organized efforts in Nassau County to oppose "them"?
Thanks for your time.

Lets be honest, if I tell how Judge Davis really is and I am taken back to court he will rape me again. I would like to know when he has to run again. I will fight him with the last breath I have. He took my business, my house, my car, all of my furniture and several thousand dollars. There were no kids in the three year marriage. I owned my bus. for many years before I married. We need to get rid of this man in our county. Please post when he has to run again and lets pray someone will run against him.

I have also seen it. How do we oppose "them" I ask, is he elected or appointed, please let me know. Can we vote him out of office? I would like to join to remove "them".

Wayne is this judge up for reelection in 2011 if so there needs to be a group put together to vote against his reelection (or however he got on the bench) He is not doing the job the taxpayers are paying him to do, he doesn't pay attention to the law only what he wants to do to get the cases out of his court (by whatever means possible) we need someone in this court that is interested in the people that appear before him and not just "destroy" their lives because it's the easy thing to do.

Yes, indeed, nassau IS verifiably corrupt. VERY VERY CORRUPT. Now that you know this, you should move away from here, at least to the next county. If you are unhappy with the courts/judjes/proceedings, put in a request to have the court sessions held in a DIFFERENT COURT, say, in a different county, with a different judge. It IS TOTALLY possible. If you are unhappy with your attorney, then either get a better one, or just go to law school yourself. This will prepare you for the interpretations and misinterpretations of the law.(Keep in mind, it is not so much "WHAT" the law says, but rather "How it is interpreted". I myself have been railroaded by the justice system,(mostly in other states/counties) but I have been thru Nassau and i play their own game against them. I have beaten several charges (misd and fel) and currently am in the midst of a major lawsuit- sorry i cannot tell you more than that- but they want to settle out of court, but i won't do it! I want to expose them for their screw ups. Its about time SOMEBODY put them in their place! But good luck to all of you who are in the middle of court bullshit. Study the law, its easier to understand than what you think!

Has anyone here experienced Nassau County "Justice" as defined by judge Brian Davis?
I am particularly interested in Family Court matters;
Visitation, Child Support, False DV charges etc.
Thanks for your time, all comments welcome.

Yeah I have had to deal with judge davis thanks to him me and my son had to come right back to a person that was violent and a frug addicct because he didnt bother checkin anything before giveing my son to this ass. I came to court with evidence to prove my allagations but never even got to show it. Next time he hits me maybe I should sue judge davis for it being he forced me back into the situation.

I have been dealing with Judge Davis for over a year. We need a new judge. Davis has allowed certain attorneys to run the show in nassau county and go outside of the civil rules of procedure. They get injunctions with no injury or arrest and temporary custody, supervised visitation and child support. It has happened over and over again. Same routine. Eventually they keep you from your kids if you fight them. FOR NO REASON. There are so many of us out here!! We need a fair judge to combat the lawyers and ex's that lie!

corruption is everywhere- go to church, get saved, live your life right & do nice things for others and it seems to keep the corruption further away even though it is everywhere.

well, all you gotta do is go to law school, pass the bar and YOU can be a corrupt judge too! Its easy as 123. then you can sentence people to jail for no reason, make them do community service, make someone pay for something they shouldn't, and send them back to jail when they "violate" their probation. I believe that "violating probation" is a sexual offense within itself. they will get you for that too. Violating a cow carries a lesser sentence though. I just don't know what could possibly be going on with violating your own probation? Its YOUR probation, and you can pro master it anyway you want, but the court wanting to know about the alleged violation is sort of along the lines of voyeurism isn't it? i mean, why would they be interested in that in the first place. I mean, really, like, i violate my nose 3 times daily (to get the boogers out) but no one is filing rape charges against my finger... but they probably will eventually.

Anyone that is still following this needs to contact Senator Rubio or Senator Grassley and tell them your story about Judge Davis.
Also, I would like to hear from people that have been ordered to supervised visitation without reason and who the attorneys on the case are.

When it comes to courts, lawyers, politics, politicians, social issues, and religion and all of them combined corruption is at its worst in this country.

I wonder that too. You should contact the ACLU if you feel any of your human, civil, and constitutional rights have been violated in any way. The best way to stop corruption is to expose it in every way possible to as many people as possible whether that be Topix, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, forums, newspapers, news media/stations, letters, signs, protests, etc. The more something is not isolated to one area the better protection and better chances you'll have. Thank God we have the internet now! Times are changing!
