My father (William E. Simms) and his brother (Eric J. Simms) under the name Simms Bros. of Dorchester, Mass.(part of Boston) built the first of the 65 foot wooden T-boats,#1-4. I would like to know what happened to them? Can anyone help?

Bridewater marina in Port Sanilac, Ontario has
a 1944 wood T-Boat that they might give you if
you contact them before they cut it up.

Mr Lumley
I really appreciate you posting this. I don't have the means to handle a 65' wooden boat. It should be in a boating museum considering those boats are sort of historic.
Do you know if there are any pictures posted of her?

Hi Dan...
I was the Captain who piloted the Cormorant from it's home port of San Pedro, California to Puerto Rico,1997. I was also the owners agent in-charge when the boat was hauled at San Pedro Boat works for a major refitting in 1996. I know quite a bit about this vessel. Contact me at [email protected]
