I lived back there a fews years back and had to get a hold of the REAL owners when I moved in order to get my deposit back. I went to City Hall and they gave me a address in FL. From my understanding the park was owned by a man who passed away, then it went to his wife and son. I do agree that Eva needs to be replaced for more reasons then one.

you are so full of shit. you want to judge people that you dont know. there are alot of good people that live in the trailer park. they have jobs and pay there bills. there are drugs, sex and drama wherever you live so come out of your cave and see the real world. you obviously know alot about the trailer park to think you know so much about what goes on there. from the way it sounds you couldnt show anybody what a real man is. a real man does not judge people especially people he does not know. if your house s paid for then you must be a fairly older man or by some illegal activity or by someone else that left you a house,so yu would have benefited by someone else. so having your house paid for does not make you a real man. you sound like an arrogant s.o.b with no common sense at all. you must be insecure with yourself to write the things you do. i doubt anybody would let YOU bend them over for any reason.

i know several people there. but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. i have friends that live there. the neighbors are nice. in subdivisions people don't associate a whole lot. they try to out do their neighbor. the neighbors in the trailer park associate and help each other out if someone is having a hard time. i know this for a fact. my friends neighbors were there through a very difficult time for them.

the name is not The Oaks. my famly lives there and i know all about the situation that started this topic. set up in the yard and listened to the b.s myself. you cant go around threatening people and thinking u control everything. i watched and listened to alot sitting there and they knew we all knew the truth. we witnessed alot of it. won't surprise any of us when it happens where they live now. the sad thing is she lost her home for someone who doesnt really care about her.

the complaints were on a man then why did'nt he receive the eviction letter? His name was on the lease 2 and they were Not married. It was the womans (and her childrens)home *Not his*, yet she was evicted. She has lived their for 5 years and dosent bother any1, and if YOU seen or heard any type of abuse and didnt report it then you are no better then the abuser!!
