Mt. Washington trailor park

I know, Eva, is the manager, but who owns it? She won't tell any1. She has a history of bulling the different renters. Is that the reason the owners contact information is such a secrete? I along with several other tenants have a complaint. Any information on the actual owners where abouts would be greatly app. Thank you.

I'll give you my two cents.
Eva has lived there for years. The owners probably have Eva manage it so they don't have to deal with all of the headaches and complaints.
They are probably in a position were they think if a problem gets to be more than Eva can handle, or if the problem is about Eva, then they will just shut the place down as the City of Mt. Washington would love for them to do just that because some think it looks like a dump.
I have no idea what your problem is but I would think if you can't get along with Eva, it's time to move on because I doubt if you will beat her on what you could consider to be her turf.
I'm not so sure it isn't.

I'm not sure. I do however believe the owner would love 2 hear all the complaints since, Eva is losing him money. She has a habit of going 2 an "att." and sending tenants out letters telling them they have 10 days 2 move their trailor (4 no reason), and then offering them 1/2 of what its worth. I really think what she is doing is against the law, but not sure. She uses the park 4 her own gain. The families that have been left homeless is a shame. It would be an all around better park if she were fired and some1 else appointed. OF COURSE THIS IS JUST MY THOUGHTS.

The quickest way to the root of the problem is to be fair to both sides.
Eva also has a track record of leaving tenants alone who are not troublemakers and pay their lot rent.
She has more to loose than she does to gain by evicting a good tenant.
If she does have to evict someone, what is wrong with her offering one half of the value? It's the american way. It's the free enterprise system. You don't have to sell, you could just hook it to a truck and drive away.
As for the homeless crap, well, that's just BS. One of two things would have happened. Either the tenant sold the trailer in wich case they would have enough money to go rent an apartment, or, they didn't sell and they would still have a trailer to live in. They would just need to take it somewhere else.

you mean her father in law? She dosent have a husband just a drunk boyfriend! AND I'm not saying that a few of the evictions havent been merited. I'm saying that if she (or some1 in her family)sees a trailor that they are fawned of...they get served with a ten day notice.....and....if you only get offered 1/2 of what it is worth, cant afford 2 move it(remember 10 days), not 2 mention still pay payments.....what money do you plan 2 use 2 get that apartment? HELL,LETS BE HONEST---YOU ARE PROBABLY DEFENDING HER BECAUSE YOUR RELATED....SO WHAT TRAILOR DO YOU HAVE YOUR EYE ON? better yet...dont answer...you cant help(or wont)so I would rather hear from some1 who can!!!!!!

I could help you. I'm not fam. with the park. I understand that your not dispu. the actual eviction. You would just like the actual contact information of the person cashing your lot payments. I've looked over what every1 has written, and agree with you. I think any1 put in that situation would at least want to know their actual "landlords" contact information.

how could you not know the name of the place where you live. isnt there a sign out there that posts the name of the park. i know there is i've drove by there and saw it. what kind of drugs u been on???

We (my neibhors included) have always called it Mt. Washington Trailor Park. We have reg. streets were are mail is delivered so the name isnt included. Oh ya, and I dont use/abuse drugs.
