I've bought from both the catalog and the store, and most of the products are cheaply made and severely overpriced! If you run into an issue with a catalog order, the customer service rep just gives you a run around and forwards you to the "manager" who never calls back!(May 2012). However, at the store, you get to see the product before purchasing, but all of the items (damaged or discontinued) are still very overpriced for the condition they are in. The clerks are nice, but when you ask for a coupons, they tell you that you have to go to their furniture outlet (two blocks down) to get one for the decor store, and the decor store has the ones for the furniture store, where the prices are even that more outrageous!!

Ratings:(based on customer service help and value)
Catalog - 2/10
Stores - 5 or 6/10
