Don't think Riggs will get re-elected. To many people against zoning and he and Hennessey and Kelsch are for it. I would say they all will get beat. Would have to say they will be a big change in the whole fiscal court system

I agree but what really makes a differance.I was in court two times in the past few weeks for a bull crap charge,anyway it was finally dismissed ,but both times I was there I had a judge from Campbell county and the last time it was Walton from Mason so what the hell does a county judge do.What do we need a local one for if they use other judges from other counties.I mean I know very little about that kind of stuff as it was only like the third time every being in the bracken county court room and 4th time in any court room.But what do we need a local one for besides the name/title on paper work.

Maybe first of all...you should research and find out what the difference is between a "County Judge Executive" and a "District Court Judge"

Good point and as stated I know very little about what goes on in a court room and really don't want to know I just don't think a Judge from one county should rule for another county.In the good old days the Judge and Judge Executive for that matter were all the same man and most likely he was also the Mayor and some other form of authority.BTW I do know the difference between the two in question just wondering why the whole thing works the way it does.
