This man was charged for his SECOND robbery of the bank since 2005? What happened to the Mandatory 7 year sentence for robbery? Wow! Another typical example of our judicial system.I suppose he took advantage of the "Plea Bargain" and easy pay plan. A JOKE! The Judge who presided in his first case should be responsible for paying back both robbery amounts.
