She is a slum lord. She rents her homes or apartments then refuses to fix things when they go bad. Plus she spreads rumors around about all of her tenants.

Illegally raises their rent and trys to evict them. If you know someone who wants to rent from her tell them not too.

slumlord from hell,I rented from from her once,I would had rather took my chance with SATAN....... She really needs mental help. Any man who wants this women is either a mental patient or is a freak who likes torture or just plain STUPID and if hes with her I say hes all three plus. HOWS IT GOING THUNDERTHIGHS ROTFLMFAO

we are renting from her and she has been taken care of the place and FIXING all the bs that the last renters left! i mean who can actually live in a house with three dogs and live with fleas and pour concrete down a drain...i mean come on!! if u wanna bash someone..bash the people that live like trash!!

I was just wondering cause I know someone that rents from her. It's been almost a year since they lived there and so far so good. She is fixing the place up for them, it's taking a little while to do though. There is still alot to be done,but I don't think they have any trouble as far as the rent being raised or anything like that. Thanks for all the responses. I was really wondering about her.

Maybe ur confused or stupid! Kay has been really great..like I said..she's been cleaning up after the scum that use 2 live here! Her only problem is that she needs 2 screen her renters..then she wouldn't have 2 worry about taking out the TRASH!

we just moved into one of her rentals and she has been nothing but good to us!! she's been fixing everything that the last renters messed up!! we havent had any negative experiences with her and i'm sure we wont!!

i have been renting from kay for just over a year i havent had a single problem its of my opinion u hillbillies might need some therapy lay off the beer get a job and pay ur friggin rent shes a very understanding and helpful lady you people got her all wrong

LANDLORD'S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must keep the rental unit fit to live in.
Must make all necessary repairs.
Must keep the rental unit in compliance with state and local health and housing codes.
May set the amount of rent and security deposit.
May charge you a late fee for late rent. The late fee must be reasonable.
May make reasonable rules and regulations.
May not enter your rental unit without your prior consent unless an emergency exists
