Seriously though, if the Police are so SURE he was in Chautauqua Co, how did he get away?
And if they are so positive he is now in Catt Co, why can't they find 1 man with all the tools at their disposal?

Great, so now I get to talk to myself........

SO -WHERE IS RALPH PHILLIPS?
I lay odds on Mexico, but three days after the escape I heard he got on a plane bound for Florida & got off in Baltimore. You be the judge

Where is Bucky? There as been no confirmed sightings lately. Maybe he never came out of the woods. Maybe he is a buffet dinner for our wild life

Everywhere I go, yesterday to the fair, the day before going to work in Salamanca there are State Police parked. I haven't been stopped or searched or otherwise harrassed. But it's very unsettling.

One thing I've seen over and over on these forums is generalizing of groups...of Western New Yorkers, of relatives of Bucky, of Law enforcement ... when ever that happens all reason goes out the window. State police are just guys and gals who have a job..some are nice people..some are jackasses. Some folks in Chautauqua county are trash..some are good people...worried about the loss of country tranquility.

As for where Bucky is, I agree that he can't really be around here or the SP would have found him. It's a big woods but logic tells you that he's smart enough to get himself out of the weather and into a new identity. All the cousins and sisters most likely have a NEW cousin and brother...wink wink.

Ralph Phillips is gone from this area. Long gone.

The only fools running around the woods are the Leo's.

The longer they make fools of themselves the more angry and retalitory they will get. When they finally give up the search they will return to their normal routines and every traffic stop will equal a ticket.

They will make citizens of this state pay for their self imposed humiliation. Unless you carry a card to get out of the ticket, expect to pay the fines that will be coming to a driver near you.

If they admit he likely left the area, that would mean out of state and that would mean the Eff Bee Eye would intercede bc he passed over state lines. They would never want to give up to them...so meanwhile they continue to pretend he's in NY.

CHristine, I can't find my gatorade or my multivitamins so maybe he's doing better than expected.

I'm thinking within the next two weeks the Leo's are going to have to figure out how to explain they boobed up this whole deal and spent too much of NYS tax dollers for their booobery.

Phillips is gone. He's too smart to fall for the abuse to his family to flush him out.

The majority of posters here don't have confidence in NYS law enforcements response to this situation.

They will probably vent their anger upon the citizens they write up for traffic tickets etc. I expect "crime" to go up in Western NY for a little while, while they lick their buffonery wounds.

AGAIN- Where IS Bucky?

He hasn't been found in Chaut. Co, nor Erie, Catt., Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Allegany or Monroe.

Some say he's now in Kentucky and been there for a long while?

How much longer will the SP's continue the charade trying to convince ppl he is here before they finally ADMIT they have NO IDEA where he is?

How long will they search before they turn it over to the FBI? Or maybe they can call in the Mounty's - they always get their man.

Who knows where he is, the people that have the least idea are the SP. Yesterday afternoon 2 choppers flew over heading south very fast and very very low. Another today, and you can hear it in the distance. Its a crazy outrageous waste of money and they won't admit they've lost and don't have the slightest idea where he is. I heard he's 800 miles away and been there for quite some time:|

Got a question for everyone? What if Bucky has infiltrated the ranks of the SP's and thats why they can't find him. Maybe he's right under their nose dressed in camo to blend in with them. Wouldn't that be a big Hoo-Hah! Remember if you can't beat um, join em. Think they'll check each other out in the woods now?

Wife, I really can not stand by reading these posts and say nothing. I live in this, Chautauqua county, and have many friends here. I also travel all of western New York, and even have friends in Fairport.

I have never heard any members of the State Police Force degrade themselves by calling a duly elected Law Enforcment officer an ahole like you have called Joe Gerace. Joe is a very good sheriff. And, he comes from a good family of public servants.

I was under the impression that the thread of this conversation was,'Where is Bucky'? I am very interested in knowing some of the facts about this.

I am not interested in hearing all of the name calling, and the airing of dirty linen.

I had a friend that lost her father to a heart attack in the woods. Searchers looked where he was for several months. Several years later, they found his gun and some bones. I have back packed in the area, and can tell you that it is a big place out there. I can understand how hard it is to find a person that does not want to be found.

Please cut the nasties and lets start talking facts.

I may or may not know the people posting in this thread. I do know that there are some very nice people in this area. Lets show everybody how good we are.

The troopers want you to believe that he still has a sawed-off shotgun. He'd fit right in with all the troopers riding around on ATV's with shotguns strapped on their backs.
Where's their helmets by the way. Isn't there a helmet law in NY? I know on the A.I.R. they tag you $50 for not wearing a helmet. Oh, that's right troopers are above the law.
