If convicted, habitual drunk driver to get prison
All that was needed was for 50-year-old Billy Ray Lloyd to appear in Greene County Superior Court on a charge he has made a routine of driving drunk across Eastern North Carolina.

Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha!!!!!! Just when is ol' drunk assed Billy Lloyd gonna learn? He's gonna blow a lot of his money at the court house. The big dumbass.
