"Emory said a nearby resident called about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday complaining of a bad smell.
"More than 30 utility workers responded and found a 10,000-pound concrete manhole had collapsed, letting sewage flow from a 21-inch pipe and into the river."
I know there was some vomiting and gagging out there, some workers wearing gas masks.
