1 Dead After Car Crash

A husband and father of three is dead after a driver being chased by police crashed into his car on Long Island.

I reside in Chicago and we have had are share of police officers chasing vehicles with deadly consequences. When will this tactic of chasing drivers stop, because too many lives are being loss because of it.

My prayers go out to the family; and I hope that we as a nation stand together to stop this senseles act of chasing drivers. Get their license and call it in and stop the vehicle in a manner that does not jeopardize the life of others.

Coming up with technology that disables vehicles somehow would be nice, hope some bright engineers can come up with such a thing and find a cost effective way of implementing it.

BJWard, there is a way you can help. When you are the victim of a crime simply think of the implications involved. DONT call 911, drive yourself or take a cab to the police station! I wonder if youve ever been the victim of a crime? Your thinking inside of a very small box. Marcus, that is a very good idea except the ACLU would probably deem it as unconstitutional. A violation if rights!
