I am a NYS Licensed Private Investigator since 1979.
I have been working for Sandra Sollie's family, pro-bono since 1996.
Sandra went missing in 1994. She was 7-1/2 months pregnant and looking forward to having her baby. She lived right in Macedon down by the canal on Rt. 250. She used to be married to Ralph Sollie Jr.
A few momths ago I received a phone call from a man that said he had information that he might know who killed Sandra. He talked fast and then hung up. I did not get all of the information and there was no number to trace. Unfortunately I did not get all of the information before he hung up. I am now asking that this kind person PLEASE CALL ME BACK FROM A SECURE PHONE AND REPEAT THE INFORMATION HE HAD so I can check it out. I believe he may be from the Macedon-Palmyra area. PLEASE CALL!!!
Also, if anyone would like to donate information or ideas, please feel free to do so.
Thank you and God Bless you all. I will not give up until I find out where Sandra has been put or who killed her.
My contact information is:

so many times this woman has crossed my mind and i cannot imagine who or why someone would hurt her. i always say a prayer that she is safe somewhere and has amnesia or something and that she will be found someday. how sad that we have to deal with this sort of situation. my heart and prayers really go out to the family who has been left wondering what has happened to this woman and of course, her precious child. god have mercy and give her family the answers they need. thank you lord.

16 Years Later, the Search for Sandra Continues

Disappeared 14 Years Ago, on May23 (Macedon, N.Y.)- 16 years ago, a pregnant woman vanished, but her family and friends aren't giving up hope of cracking the case.
Sandra Sollie was last seen in a shopping plaza in Macedon in 1994, seven months pregnant at the time of her disappearance.
Every year on May 23, private investigator Richard Ingraham has handed out flyers at Four Corners in Macedon, hoping to solve the case. He has worked to try to find answers for Sollie's family for the past 14 years, for free. Ingraham hopes his efforts will eventually give the family closure.
"If anybody could find the courage to call and give us some leads or give us a tip, we'll keep your name anonymous," said Ingraham. "We'd just like to get a lead to open this case, and possibly find her remains."
Ingraham is working with State Police investigators to pursue any tips; he vows to stay on the case, until he finds out what happened to Sandra Sollie

Her dog was also missing, so it looks like she went with someone she knew, and she would have taken the dog because they were going to an outdoor place where the dog could run around. If she were merely going shopping, she would not have taken the dog because that would have entailed leaving it in the car of the person she went with. She was not anticipating being gone a long time because she apparently did not take anything with her (toothbrush, etc). Any parks, nature areas, etc. within an hour's driving distance should have been checked with corpse sniffing dogs. She went with someone she knew well enough to feel comfortable alone with them. I don't think she simply disappeared. I am sure there was foul play. I knew her aunt years ago, who told me Sandy was a woman who kept her private life to herself, so if she was involved with a man, it's likely no one in her life was aware of it. There were also periods of time that her family didn't hear from her, and this was just how she was.

I used to live next door to Sandy and Rick when they were married. I was very young, and still remember her very well. I remember them treating me as if I was their own child. I used to help them with lawn work, and build things! Rick let me hang out and watch and learn on projects he was doing. They used to take me to get ice cream, go to festivals, have me over for dinner. I even remember them taking me to see monster trucks. Her dog Jesse, was so smart, I remember him being able to get whatever toy you asked him out of his toy box. I do, in my gut, believe Rick had something to do with it. When I heard she went missing, I got on my bike and went looking for her. Its so sad that they haven't found what happened. I live in North Carolina now, and whenever I go back home, I see that house, I always think of her. Thank you Richard Ingraham for not giving up.
