Rob Osipovitch is the cop who not only incorrectly handled a mental hygiene call in 2008 but he was handling it himself with no backup present and ended up getting stabbed, lucky he was saved in the attack by an EMT who stopped the fight.

Then Duffy gave him an award and call a day "Rob Osipovitch Day"

Then this scumbag and his dirty partner both got the "Cop of the Month Award" in 2011.

It's easy to get Cop of the Month when your making false arrests to get ahead.

They don't even have to take drug tests, or even a simple physical fitness test after they get in.

He did come alone to handle the call my mother placed to have him sent to the hospital, The truth is he came into the bathroom where my brother had placed himself, and the officer came in and charged at him as a result and my brother in defense reaccted as anyone would the officer recieved a small cut on arm that required no medical attention or stitches. and yet because my brother is a black man who is sick he recieved 7 yrs. and a beatdown once he was in custody. As a result no one in my family has any respect or regard for the RPD. If I was being attacked I still would not call them to save me they would probably shoot me and blame me for making the call. That is just the short form of the story.

EVERY police candidate takes a polygraph...every single one, shows how much you know. And they do take a drug test during their physical, it's part of their packet. They don't take another one unless ordered to do so.

For someone who think that they know things about RPD, you certainly don't know anything.

After hired and on the force, They can't be order to take any more polygraphs, or drug tests. Their Union wouldn't allow it.

I didn't say after they were hired about the polygraph you moron....READ, I said candidates. And you're wrong about the drug test too. An officer can be ordered to take a drug test, yes the union would fight it, but if the officer has already had progressive discipline they could be fired for refusing. The union can only protect you for so much for so long.
