Local man arrested on 11 counts of animal cruelty

A Farmington man is under arrest on eleven counts of animal cruelty. Macedon police have arrested 57-year old Scott Gears after almost a dozen dogs were found malnourished at a home he owned.

That have that lazy, no good,sorry excuse for a human being behind bars right now and they should NOT allow bail, they should not feed him,or water him, the should take away his toilet privileges and feed him a bisquit every couple of days then when he finally dies put him in a garbage bag and throw him out in the garage for no less than 6 months. That loser should never get out of prison for what he did to those dogs.

I agree it should read, "Rochester black man" when it comes to crime in the city; give credit where credit is due.

This is the same kind of person that abuses children. Often you find animal abuse in their past. The law is far to soft on animal abusers and yes this jackoff should spend alot of time in prison. Sadly our laws in NY will only slap his hand.The humane society investagtors should get full police status sadly they often have to work on a shoestring bare bones budget.
