He only needs to tell the police and investigators. Why should he cater to moron tard fans like you? He doesnt even need to talk to Ward's family if they continue to badger and badmouth him.

Simple, he would say. I was following another vehicle, I just came around the corner, suddenly a person appeared in the middle of the track. The car infront of me barely missed him and I didnt have time or distance to avoid him. I goosed the engine in hopes of clearing him or only nicking him with the side of the car instead of running him over with the front of the car.
He should've have been out on the track, he couldve caused a massive pile up.

Why doesn't Stewart simply say that? If he truly feels sorry for the accident and has no guilt feelings he can state the facts and apologize for contributing to Ward's death and that would be the end of it.

Instead he is acting like some US leaders and not saying anything, makes ya wonder what really happened.

Maybe because he did nothing wrong. If you slow the video down and watch carefully you can see Ward jump up and grab the wing then fall off. Tony never hit or ran over him from the video I seen on a friends facebook. It was slowed down and went frame by frame to show what really happened.

OK then would Ward have suffered deadly blunt force trauma if he had grabbed the wing and fallen to the ground? IMHO, it looks like Ward is hit and thrown by rear tire rotation to the outside of the track, dead.

It just sounds like the Stewart supporters are finding any explanation possible to avoid Stewart having to accept any blame. It's like Stewart didn't even hit Ward, like Ward jumped up and down hurting himself somehow. First the track was very dark, then Wards equipment was dark. Of course we know the track was well lite and Ward's uniform was decorated with white number etc. Why Stewart accelerated when Ward was right in front of his car is telling, especially when the track was so dark and uniform dark so as to make Ward invisible.

Still waiting for Stewart to explain what happened and apologize for his killing contribution to Ward's death, RIP.

Furthermore, look at any video and you will see Stewart is driving much higher on the track than other cars under caution. If Stewart IS so close to the car in front of his WHY would he do that under a caution? Sure looks like Stewart's hot head got the best of him and he attempted to brush Ward off the track when he was out of his car just like he did when Ward was in his car.

I trust the authorities will find "some level of culpability" in Stewart's actions leading to Ward's death. Suspect Stewart had no intention of killing Ward BUT his actions to intimidate Ward or play games led to Ward's death there is a level of murder that fits what Stewart did, it could have been an accident where Stewart didn't mean to even hurt Ward BUT Ward was killed because of Stewart's driving. While a race track isn't a public road there is a law that protects everyone from a careless driver or operator of any equipment that kills. Ya can't kill somebody and get away with it.

RIP kid, the Smoke killed ya.

Wrong, if you watch the video. after the car infront of Stewart passes, Ward moves to his right to confront Stewart. Meaning Stewart's car was further down the track than the car in front of him.
Also Stewarts tire didnt run over Ward, it was the wing that hit him causing blunt force "drama"

LOOK at the location of Stewart's car in comparison the the car in front of his prior to the hit and notice Stewart's car just about hits Ward's car after hitting Kevin. Kevin's car is against the wall for Christ's sake, what was Stewart doing?

I wonder if the kid that got killed on the bike will have 700 plus people at his funeral. Same age and friends but not killed by a famous person. Maybe some day this kids will learn to slow down but wait the day of the funeral lets get drunk and do burn outs all over and kill some one else

Is the investigation completed yet? Hasn't been in the news.So what if any are they charging him with? And just so you know I am not a Stewart fan. Yes I feel bad that he lost his life but it was PREVENTABLE. Every body is saying Tony is a hot head. What about Kevin? From what I have been told they called him a little Tony Stewart cause of his hot head.

It's common for drivers to get out of their cars and perform for the crowd and blow off steam, Stewart did this himself numerous times.
The track was set to yellow, caution there might be stuff on the track you don't want to hit.
The track was lite well enough for other drivers to see Ward and not hit him.
Ward's clothing had white trim and his number in white on the front.
Stewart was on the gas when hit hit Ward and his car was fishtailing when Ward was hit.
Ward's body was basically grabbed by Stewart's spinning tire and wrapped around the tire and thrown into the air from the force of the spinning tire.
Stewart was OBVIOUSLY brushing Ward off the track just like he did to Ward's car on the previous lap. He may not have intended to hit Ward but was driving too fast for a caution condition and Stewart being on the gas caused in Ward's death. IF Stewart had been driving like he should have been under caution his car would not have been fishtailing from power being applied to the tires.
IMHO, some level of criminal charges are called for. Stewart was at the minimum driving without caution in mind and being that he applied power to the machine causing Ward to be pulled into the tire and killed Stewart may be guilty of a degree of murder.
No accident!!
No no no.... it was not murder. He never touched his car on previous lap. It was an accident, n a 20 year old hot head, should of stayed in his car, unbelievable....

Ignore culpability's posts. He goes on a number of different threads and stirs up negative controversy for kicks. I have followed his IP around for quite a while, and have tripped him up numerous times. He changes names and even his listed locations, but he's the same fool. IGNORE him. He brags about having numerous degrees, uncles who are rock stars, owning patents and blah, blah, blah. He ignores proven facts and keeps hammering his idiotic versions, such as " Why didn't Stewart stop or slow down, it was a caution". He shows his ignorance because drivers only stop for a RED flag. And Stewart had slowed down. The idiot couldn't see that Stewart wasn't passing the 45 car ahead of him, but pacing behind. He chooses to ignore that Sprint cars have no clutch and have to drive a minimum speed to keep the plugs from fouling and the car stalling, plus keeping them from overheating. He refuses to accept that especially at slow speed,(cautions), the locked rear ends make the steering very difficult because they slide around the turns at high speed and have to steer with the gas pedal as much as steering wheel. He is also ignorant to the fact that during a caution a driver has to stay close to the car ahead so that when the green flag is displayed he doesn't get left in the proverbial dust of the car ahead. Like I say, this guy has made a practice of these ignorant posts for at least a year now that I know of, so ignore him and don't respond to him....

Welcome back to the track Tony, hothead killer. Hope you enjoy the wall...

Those professional race car drivers agree with me, Tony is a killer and deserves the wall.

IMHO Tony Stewart is the person who stirred up this trouble by killing another hothead like him.

If you think you follow me around by tracing my IP address and have found me posting what you say you have found I'd like you to reveal what site and what name I go by on those other sites.

I'll be waiting a LONG time for any facts from you because they don't exist.

I agree it would be a major disaster if Stewart slowed his car down to avoid hitting Ward and Stewart's plugs fouled, that would be terrible. Excuse me while I hurl....
