I suppose you could answer the questions I asked in the post instead of asking me if we're "gaming".

I suppose I could but I see no point in it.
Why haven't you provided the couple examples of the laws that are currently on the books that you said were unconstitutional.
Or
Why haven't haven't you answered the question I asked earlier about what you would do about it if you thought a law violated one your rights?

"Why haven't you provided the couple examples of the laws that are currently on the books that you said were unconstitutional."

I suppose I could but I see no point in it...as you already stated YOU do not support the 2nd Amendment as it is written. Well it is that document that the laws are balanced against...so your view of Constitutionality is already skewed.

"Why haven't haven't you answered the question I asked earlier about what you would do about it if you thought a law violated one your rights?"

Haven't got to that point...yet...but I am fighting against passage of those laws that I feel violate my rights. We'll just have to see what happens...won't we..?

No, you said these laws were part of the 20,000. They've already been passed.

If Feinstein's bill passes into law, will you adhere to it?

"No, you said these laws were part of the 20,000. They've already been passed."

That's correct...and a law that I would consider unconstitutional, is based on the 2nd Amendment and the way it is currently written. That is what YOU have already said that YOU do not agree with. So it is moot to try and show you a law that I would consider unconstitutional based on a document that you do not agree with.

"If Feinstein's bill passes into law, will you adhere to it?"

I don't play "what if" with my rights or laws...as you said "gaming"...I am fighting against it.

"a law that I would consider unconstitutional" I suspected as much. Thanks for proving my suspicion correct.

I wonder how quickly you gun-nuts would change your minds about gun safety regulations if masses of African Americans organized and armed themselves, say something akin to the NRA. Remember the 2, yes 2, New Black Panthers that gave Hannity a perpetual hard on for alleged voter intimidation in a predominately black precinct. Just imagine the furor it would create if they gained an armed following. You would probably wet yourselves and call for regulation. Or on the other hand, that might be just the ticket to start the confrontation you seem to long for.

Oh wow...really...? You think I would say something different...? You proved mine a long time ago when you said you don't support the 2nd Amendment as written...or acknowledge the findings of the courts that have reviewed it. I'm not surprised either.

Well of course it is...that's the only term you guys know for those that exercise their individual right protected by our Constitution. Just think, if nobody responded to you, you wouldn't have received this free education...you're welcome.

20,000 gun control laws? What are they? Where are they?
That number was used for the first time in 1965 (before the famous federal gun control legislation of 1968). Since then the number has been consistently used by gun advocates.(Very recently, NRA's LaPierre said there are 9000 gun laws on the books.)
How are these laws defined? They include everything that can be done with a gun, from crime to licensing of commercial sales.
The laws are repetitive from city to city, state to state, so how are they being counted?
Let's say the number (20,000) is correct and has incredulously remained unchanged for nearly 50 years. The number of gun owners is at an unprecedented high. Apparently, the alleged 20,000 gun laws have done NOTHING to impede purchase and ownership of guns.
It appears you kneejerking gun extremists are needlessly creating hysteria among yourselves over essentially nothing.
How do you reconcile your own numbers.
Do a little fact checking and try not to be little puppets.

CNN ticker reads 2 Million background checks have been done each month since December. Can one of you anti-gun advocates work out 2 million times 4 months and how many guns might have been purchased?

"Don't flatter yourself."

I'm not

"Gun nuts have been around for a long time;"

And will be around for a long time to come

"You're nothing new."

Neither are you. Ignorant, "frustrated control freaks" have been around much longer...history shows it and proves it...that's why they can't stand the people that have and exercise their rights and freedoms to keep and bear arms. They can't control them the way they want to...so they get more and more frustrated. Sucks for them.

"And that number doesn't include any so called ARs..."

Why wouldn't it...? There are some States that do require background checks for the purchase of long guns as well as handguns.

LOL
The gun stores can't keep them on the shelves they are selling so fast. Obama is the greatest firearm salesman that ever lived.
