What do u mean it sounds like he did it first!!!! First of all, two wrongs don't make a right!!! Second of all, it said his car matched a car that was used in a drive by shooting, it didn't say that he was the one who pulled the trigger!! A wife and children lost their husband and father and that is the worst thing to go through!! I know first hand, because me and my children lost their father also and I don't wish that pain and sorrow on anybody :(

and whoever said I was clueless u are not to bright yourself. u don't no the pain the family is going through right now children are missing there father and wife is missing her husband and two parents only son is gone do to ignorance ...he was a family man who gave his life to the lord and was doing good for himself and his family and I know this first hand because he was my friend . he was always there to lend a helping hand work daily to support his family wasn't out on the streets selling drugs or gang banging . he isn't the one that just got out of prison for child abuse resulting in death like the dirt bag that shot him in front of his kids and wife like a coward he could have fought him if he had a problem with him instead of pulling a gun like a punk

Anyone that says Benji was a good man is a fool and lying to themselves. Boy was about that life. To tell you the truth, I am surprised it took this long. Let's ask how many families he hurt and destroyed with Bill Milligan and Nathan Archuleta and their little stunt they pulled at Brookside. How many other people did Benji pull guns on and shoot at? I have a good idea. For all those who will say, "why was he never arrested or charged," it was because everyone was too scared to testify against him. No one had the courage to stand in court and say what this "good" man did.

Nakai's should go back to Mexico!!! They take our fast food jobs, construction jobs, our food stamps and impregnate our Dine' women. Also they spread herpes and vd. Why do they wanna be called Spanish when they act like Mexicans?

I am sorry anyone lost their life but this is the true meaning of Karma!!!!!!!!! I dont wish death on anyone or would ever want anyone hurt but this man hurt many many others this same way. He may have cleaned up recently but that still doesnt change what he has done in the past!!!!!!
I do hope the shooters get life in prison where they belong.

Oh booo hoo hooo, I'm so sick of the tired line: "children lost thier father and a wife lost her husband". You people that write that crap need to stop living the ganster life, get jobs, get off welfare and start doing something productive in this comunity. Until you do, I say good GD riddance. Go shoot some more of these POS's

Fyi: He was employed. He took damn care of his wife and kid's.None of his family was on welfare, and if he hadn't been so productive as you say than his employer wouldn't have made the contributions it has. How pathetic trying to use his past against him. Everyone has a past but that doesn't mean they have to stay in the past. People do change and he did for the better. My regards to the family for their loss. Not everyone who writes "that crap" (as you call it) are affiliated with gangs or unemployed or on welfare.

He did change for the better but that doesnt change what he did in the past or the hate people had for him for what he did. He was a MAJOR Gang banger that hurt many and threatened even more. He sold drugs and shot people for fun. Sooner or later Karma will haunt you, sorry he had to loose his life over it.
SSS Trucking will hire anyone along with Aztec Well. Look at their employees, drug addicts, gang bangers, and anyone else who comes along. The Sandell's will donate to any cause that gets their name in the paper.
