I don't care if your gay or straight. The almighty dollar speaks volumes. And it's coming out of my pocket...every month....but, you? How much is it costing you? And you're shoving your racist view down my throat. When the MONEY is coming out of your pocket, taking food off the table from YOUR family, depleting your bank account and not the government or the local property tax paying citizen, then I'll listen to you. You hypocrite.
About $800 a year for you, by my best guess. The total for all of the area of the now dead "Kirtland School District" a whopping $400,000, for everything except the mines, and power plants. They contribute about 4 million.

The dollars do speak volumes the district gets much more money from those dirty non tax payers children than from your kids and grandkids. About ten times more.

Just saying......

By the way randy should stay on without the distraction of his brother in the district anymore he has the ability to be an asset to the district.

You seem to have missed what really happened.

The threat of a NEA board majority lead by Hoskie caused kirtland to elect aspaas. The only non NEA candidate. Previous to this Byron and randy had pretty much made the NEA one of the split saga bad guys in kirtland's eyes.

The other candidate was removed via the courts some weeks before the election, because he didn't live in the district.

Actually it all fell into place perfectly, the direction of the district is taking away from the manning mismanagement is proceeding.

Thanks

Definitely the district is moving in a direction. Direction of more corruption and cronyism than ever before. Oh, and lets not forget nepotism.
And you, Mr. Preminger, are a big part of that move. Congratulations!

You must be referring to the complaints by Randy Manning.

So far his complaints haven't added up to much except grandstanding. The PED and attorney general have both investigated multiple complaints like this and have found nothing.

I say throw the doors and investigate everyone including the mannings past in CCSD as well. Interview every past board member that is available. I think you will find that Randy will be found to be the problem, the only reason he sees wrong doing behind everything he does is that he is likely guilty of the very thing he is accusing others of.

Sick man sick community.

Despite of what one may think of Randy and his service on the CCSD board, as someone familiar with CCSD I can attest that all previous administrations look positively glorious comparing to this one. CCSD had always been dysfunctional but I have never seen that much corruption, cronyism, and total disregard for laws and regulations. At this point it is impossible to say how many of the allegations listed in the article are accurate but it would not be surprising if all of them were. If there is a real and thorough investigation, these allegations may be just a tip of an iceberg.

Randy Manning is nothing more than a glorified hairdresser and beauty school drop out. His latest stunt shows that he's a big time gossip queen and has PMS issues. Take some Midol Mandy Randy.

Randy Manning a huge embarrassment to Kirltand and needs to resign. Based on the latest story to come out, Manning is nothing more than a major drama and gossip queen. Manning's church needs to excommunicate him for being an embarrassment, a liar, and corrupt closeted homosexual.

Maybe after his allegations prove to be false, and the board and superintendent sue him he will excuse himself.

And your property taxes are....you base your opinion on? Do you back up your opinions on your hard earned property tax paying dollars? No. You can't...honestly...you're a voter. An opinion..who doesn't put his money where his mouth is. Period. Your current property tax? Let's compare...
Perhaps the law suits will come from an ignorant administration who doesn't seem to think that a child's life is important once they arrive at their destination. Who's liable after all? Once a child arrives at school, is counted in attendance...then suddenly ..oh..disappears! Who is liable? This student,
hmm....Without any record of being 'checked-out'...the local neighborhood reports a 'break-in'...of a local home...hmmm.....a drunken minor gets hit by a semi....why wasn't that child in school? As far as their parents knew, they were...who gets sued? Call CCSD.....get a principal on the line....they no longer respond, nor care. They'll deal with it .... later.

????

Actually I found the staff at my children's school more responsive in the past year than in the past.

I really can't follow your word salad that you are tossing around right now.

But your tax rants continue to sound like a white power rant. Just saying......

Ironically I probably do pay more taxes than you.

Don't believe I said anything about tax rants. My point sir? I actually called the high school to report 6 ditching students. Volunteered to watch them until a school official could reach them. I was told...uh, we don't do that anymore. We have so much going on, we don't have the time or the personnel to address this immediate problem. We'll deal with it later. We'll check the class attendance...if they were here this morning, and not this afternoon, we'll know who they are that were seen ditching school. Call somebody else. Maybe the local law enforcement aren't addressing a head on collision or a domestic violence call. Who would you call? That school official did not address the immediate problem in any way shape or form...better off? 6 months ago, I reported the same concern. It was handled immediately. Now? What has changed? Liability issues? No. Those children are the responsibility of the school from the moment they get there until they are released at the end of the day. Who gets sued if ANY child comes to harm because of they left school grounds? The district...ultimately? Us. You pay more property taxes than I do? It'll cost you more than me. Tee hee.
Word salad? My concern? Do you have a child attending this district system? Is this the answer you want if you come in to pick up your child? Well, they were here this morning...but....they don't seem to be on the school grounds anymore. We don't know where they are...perhaps they're robbing a local store, breaking into a nearby home, smoking marijuana, drinking....perhaps they were hit by a semi on the nearest highway...currently being 'scraped off' the nearest highway...we don't actually know. We'll deal with it.....later, after we've checked the daily class attendance....maybe tommorrow, maybe next week...but for now...uh....our bad.

Blindman,

It sounds like you want a nanny state. The type of position you are proposing dies not mesh with your past tea party views.

Quite honestly we should focus on the kids who want to be at school. Those who you saw already made their choice for that day.

You are so much more tender hearted. Maybe you are really liberal deep down.

Actually I'm going to sell my little bit of Kirtland paradise, the local self appointed leadership is nuts, as a match ethically and morally for the worse chapter house on the Rez.

Do you actually think for one minute that you have a point? I called the state! They stated that the districts are responsible. Period! Focus on children who are willing to stay in school? You've got to be kidding me? Leave it up to the child? Move on...you're an idiot! Leave attendance up to the child? From the moment that child arrives at the school until or unless they are 'dismissed'....they are the responsibility of said school...period...who is liable? The school district of course! The local leadership? Your influence? Shame on you! You should have done your homework! Which you did not! Your goal? To undercut what positive support we did have...pathetic....go away. You killed the only REAL influence this district did have...the only really concerned support these children had. Reach out....what can I do for you....instead...now? What can you do for me? Board members? Perhaps there may be...just may be...based on ARREST RECORDS....one that is questionable? Guilty of child abuse? Providing alcohol to minors? But, then again..it happened on the REZ so it didn't really happen now did it? Leave us with your support of pedophilia....or, providing alcohol to underage male victims. But then, that happened on the REZ....and the charges were 'dropped'...so that must mean it never happened...Go away...
